Waiter starts out just seeming off. Place out drink order and he gets it wrong not the end of the world he seems either busy or overwhelmed leaning towards the latter due to never seeing him help any other tables. Food came out quickly brought out by kitchen staff and was really tasty. By this point we haven't seen our waiter since he dropped off our drink order and me and the kiddo are empty. Wait another 10 minutes and he's now got the check and doesn't bother...
We eat here at least once a week. On this particular visit I was very disappointed in my service. I did not get what i ordered so my husband had finished his dinner before my correct order was delivered. Our waiter Alejandro H never checked on us, we had to get our own to go boxes and napkins. He was to busy playing on his phone standing by the restrooms. We had to ask another server to find Alejandro so we could pay our bill. Very disappointing.
If we lived in Morton we would come back all the time. We were a bit nervous that it might take a long time to get seated and get our food because the parking lot was completely full, but I was wrong! We got a table immediately, order was taken right away, and the food arrived in no more than 5 minutes. AND the food was delicious! AND every single employee had such a happy face and were so friendly.
