Hope that service was a joke asked for a manager and was told I was speaking to one I go through this McDonalds often and they’re usually really nice I’m upset. They seem drunk and shouldn’t be allowed behind the window let alone around food they serve people. Sending a message to the health department.

They have no clue how to cook crispy fries, everytime I go there the fries are cold and soggy, would not recommend going to the Morton McDonald's for any food especially fries. Employees obviously don't care and put no effort into doing their job and cook food correctly

Forgot half of my order ,then once I went in to get it drove down the road ,we figured out our order was wrong both sandwiches only had sausage no egg ,so disappointing.
Customer service is gone. Your just throwing your money away on junk. Put in a frozen pizza, and save 30 bucks.

Somehow we waited in a line of cars for almost 10 minutes (both drive thrus were completely packed) and yet our food was old and cold. Burger wasn’t fresh, with the bun slightly stale, and both orders of fries weren’t hot, instead they were chewy and old. Even the Hamburglar wouldn’t steal this food.

We went inside, the guy at the register was exquisitely polite. They let us use the playground even though it was probably a little late (my 3 grandkids loved it).
