Her cupcakes were delicious! (Trust me I tried every flavor available �) She went above and beyond on a Mario themed cake special for the bride and groom, obviously very creative! �

Miranda is wonderful! She made our wedding cake & cupcakes for us and we could not have been happier! They were amazing! We heard from all of our guests how delicious they were! My husband and I also had a surprise Mario cake theme that no one knew about but us and Miranda, and she was so amazing about helping us keep it a secret so everyone was surprised at the wedding! And not to mention that it turned out perfect!! We are so happy we decided to use her and would highly recommend her for anyone looking for the perfect cake for their event.

Miranda's Cakes and Confections is our family's go to bakery for special events. Miranda does beautiful custom cakes that taste delicious and are also affordable! I can tell she puts a lot of love and care into her baked goods. Miranda's is the next best to homemade and sometimes even better! She's always worked with any ideas I've had and gone the extra mile. I can also vouch for her pies! Don't miss the pecan chocolate bourbon one-- beloved by our whole family! It's a walk in place-- pick up only. I just wish we lived closer so I could catch her food trailer at the Morton farmer's market and try more of her goodies!

I got married 2 days ago and had Miranda make our cake. It was delicious, the best red velvet cake I’ve ever had! Miranda was so pleasant to work with, we will definitely be using her in the future ☺️

I contacted Miranda about a gift certificate for my Mom. I live out of state and didn't know if gift certificates were available or not (YES - Gift certificates ARE available!). Miranda responded immediately and made the process SOOO easy. I could not have asked for more! Miranda sent me a link to pay online and is mailing the certificate to me, or offered to mail it directly to my Mom, or said she could pick up in person. So many options - Miranda clearly is 100% customer-focused. I wish every business was this friendly, professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. Wouldn't the world be a better place if that were true? I am so thrilled and can't wait to give this to my Mom. She will be tickled pink. Truly the perfect gift.

Absolutely Amazing. It was such a pleasure to work with her. I am currently in Colorado and she made sure to go through all the details and make sure the cake was to our liking. Highly recommend!!I will u-load pictures later.She also suggested the right amount of cake even when I wanted something bigger. She recommended sizes to make sure I knew exactly how many guest would be able to eat from our cake.

Miranda did an amazing job with our wedding cake. All the flavors were so good, it was hard to decide what to pick. Best gluten free cake I've ever had and the sugar flowers were absolutely amazing, so detailed and intricate.

Miranda did the cakes for my daughters wedding 10/1/22. They were exceptional. Everyone raved on how good it all was. The wedding cake was beautiful and the sheet cakes were awesome!! I would highly recommend her! She was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly, even on the day of the event.

This cake was amazing! Every single guest LOVED the cake! Our favorite was the white cake with raspberry. Our first consultation with Miranda, she was extremely professional and I loved how clean her bakery was. We ordered extra cake and had no left overs. Thank you for creating our new favorite bakery!

As someone who has to eat gluten free for medical reasons, I cannot express how nice it is to have such a wide variety of gluten free and dairy free options to choose from. Most of her flavors can be made gluten free so you have an abundance of options to choose from. I am extremely sensitive to gluten and have never gotten sick from eating her creations. Her cupcakes do not taste dry and dense like typical gluten free products. Her cupcakes have always been beautifully made, incredibly soft, moist, and don't get me started on her frosting, it's to die for. The gluten free cupcakes have been a hit with family who do not have dietary restrictions. We have worked with Miranda on 2 separate occasions thus far and will continue to go back to her in the future. We love supporting local!
