Miranda sent me a link to pay online and is mailing the certificate to me, or offered to mail it directly to my Mom, or said she could pick up in person. So many options - Miranda clearly is 100% customer-focused. I wish every business was this friendly, professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. As someone who has to eat gluten free for medical reasons, I cannot express how nice it is to have such a wide variety of gluten free and dairy free options to choose from. Most of her flavors can be made gluten free so you have an abundance of options to choose from. I am extremely sensitive to gluten and have never gotten sick from eating her creations. Her cupcakes do not taste dry and dense like typical gluten free products. Her cupcakes have always been beautifully made, incredibly soft, moist, and don't get me started on her frosting, it's to die for. The gluten free cupcakes have been a hit with family who do not have dietary restrictions. We have worked with Miranda on 2 separate occasions thus far and will continue to go back to her in the future. We love supporting local!
