I ordered pickup online and when I get there at 11:45 to pick up my food, the store is closed and there is a padlock on the door. The only note on the door said they open at 11. When I went to cancel my order they said I can’t get a refund because the store has already started working on it. How can they already start if no one is at the location?
1 thin crust bbq chicken pizza and a breadstick 41$. Never again. Pizza was trash too.
Worse pizza I have ever had. Crust hard as a rock cooked too long I feel like I threw 22 dollars away
