Ordered 2 personal pan pizza combos with bbq boneless wings for dinner. The boneless wings have shrunk in size! This location and all Peoria area locations are under new ownership. The pizza was ok but the boneless wings were pink, shriveled, small and a few shouldn’t have even counted as chicken wings. Don’t recommend visiting any Peoria Area locations.

Apparently under new management. Have been ordering from this location for several years, but last two pies had large bubbles in the crust with no topping on those areas. Tonight found the cini-mini's burnt and greasy. Question about order was met with a shoulder shrug, whatever that means. We will go elsewhere.

I ordered pickup online and when I get there at 11:45 to pick up my food, the store is closed and there is a padlock on the door. The only note on the door said they open at 11. When I went to cancel my order they said I can’t get a refund because the store has already started working on it. How can they already start if no one is at the location?

Ordered a personal pan pizza online carry out for lunch at 12:00 pm 11/18/2024. Imagine my surprise that the place was locked up when I got there. Another customer came to pick up also and was unhappier than I was. They used rewards points to order, luckily I had decided to pay in store when I picked up. Wasn’t out any money, just time. All your questions are irrelevant if a person doesn’t receive product.

Slight error on our pizza. Forgot we added mushrooms. Just asked for a couple dollar credit. Gentlemen went above and beyond in correcting. Pizza was still awesome!

Over an hour wait for a $40 medium pizza is crazy and the customer service rep at the store speaking to me in a rude tone is even crazier.

I will never order from them again. The past few times it's not been great. The last time (tonight) that I tried ordering they called saying they were out of breadsticks and they had to cancel my entire order. So, that's it for me and this pizza hut.

September 16, 2024, at about 8:50 pm, this was my second time here, the male employee who took my order had a bad attitude, plus I don't know English, I told him how big a 14-inch pizza was through the mobile phone translator, he said he couldn't show me, I typed for him on my phone, he finished typing and gently dropped the phone on the table, what kind of attitude is this, the first time I came here, a female employee took my order, at that time I asked her to show me the size of the pizza, she showed me the size of the pizza, the female employee had a very good attitude. I am willing to give it another chance, next time I come here, if he has this attitude again, I will never come to this store again😓😓😓
