Ordered a personal pan pizza online carry out for lunch at 12:00 pm 11/18/2024. Imagine my surprise that the place was locked up when I got there. Another customer came to pick up also and was unhappier than I was. They used rewards points to order, luckily I had decided to pay in store when I picked up. Wasn’t out any money, just time. All your questions are irrelevant if a person doesn’t receive product.

I will never order from them again. The past few times it's not been great. The last time (tonight) that I tried ordering they called saying they were out of breadsticks and they had to cancel my entire order. So, that's it for me and this pizza hut.

September 16, 2024, at about 8:50 pm, this was my second time here, the male employee who took my order had a bad attitude, plus I don't know English, I told him how big a 14-inch pizza was through the mobile phone translator, he said he couldn't show me, I typed for him on my phone, he finished typing and gently dropped the phone on the table, what kind of attitude is this, the first time I came here, a female employee took my order, at that time I asked her to show me the size of the pizza, she showed me the size of the pizza, the female employee had a very good attitude. I am willing to give it another chance, next time I come here, if he has this attitude again, I will never come to this store again😓😓😓

He followed us out the door and he went over to the smoke shop, seemed like he worked over there too. Another employee kept staring at us when we left but I think it's because she saw me take pictures. Anywho, good location and I'm sure we'll be back.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! This store messed up my order and instead of making it right or giving me a refund they keep saying they will transfer me and all that happens is I get hung on. I ordered two $12 circular pizza the 10 topping deal and I got two small square pizzas that barely had any pepperoni. Customer service is trash, the people that don’t want to do their job are as well. 10 toppings and I figured I’d get crazy amounts of pepperoni, does this look like $24 worth to you? I don’t think so.

This place has went way down since I worked there my pizza was not fully cooked and was raw we was able to eat 4 pieces sadly the rest went into trash our breadsticks was hard and nasty the cinnamon sticks was hard to eat and the icing looked bad like it's old
