I like the drinks but the young lady who works here consistently has a nasty attitude. When I greet her she ignores me, and always seems irritated when im placing my order. I’m one of few Black people that comes here so I wonder if thats her issue…but whatever it is she needs to sort it out.
The manager Mary has a real customer service deficiency. Once again this morning my order was incorrect (every single time she is here she messes my order up) so I pulled around the drive thru and went in instead of just sucking it up like I normally do. I asked for the missing food product as well as contact info for the regional manager. She told me she did not have Lindsey's number she would have to contact a different store. How are you the store manager with that attitude and the inability to contact higher management? I don't believe she's really that incompetent. She's just rude and lazy.

This wasn't me who went here so I don't know how this ended up on my rate now. I am not a fan of this place. If you like flavored coffees and strong coffee it's the right place for you. I can't say I ever had their food so I can't comment on that.
