i asked for a non dairy chocolate cold brew, i got dairy and my stomach has been cramping and i’ve lived in the bathroom all day. do better. bc i’m in so much pain bc of these workers who can’t read a label right. i want my money back.

Came on Christmas Eve and the drive thru was incredibly slow. It was a packed line but it took nearly 30 minutes to get two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. I cant imagine coming here on a regular work day where I would have somewhere to be and being stuck waiting almost a half hour just for a coffee.

To the fella in the drive thru at 11am on Friday the 20th. I hope your day gets better. There is no need to be so hostile and rude towards paying customers over you not being able to ring up a simple “iced coffee with caramel syrup and creamer” I know it’s the holidays and you seemed stressed but for the way you acted and yelled thru the speaker and then proceeded to be a absolute a hole at the window I hope one day you get the help you need! Anyways merry Christmas to everyone there minus that guy.

Do not let the prairie farms truck park in the parking lot! It is a one way and cars are not able to go around this makes it so unsafe and congested!

Tried to order on mobile app- it wasn't working so I went in. No one in line so I was hopeful. Four employess- only one that acknowledged me was in drive thru. I waited a few more minutes but no one took my order. I have never had a problem with Starbucks before. I ended up just leaving. If it's going to take that long to be waited on I can't aging how long it would take for my drink. There were about 5 cars in drive thru so it wasn't very busy.

Let me start by saying, I love this location. I am not going to be the person to leave a bad review for a location that is such a great location over one negative experience but I do however have a recommendation. I have been going to this Starbucks location twice a day for a very long time. I alternate order the same two drinks each day. I hate being the person to return a drink that does not taste to my liking as I know it holds up the line, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve done this in all of the years I have been a loyal Starbucks customer because they are fabulous. However the past two mornings, the same drink I’ve ordered for years has tasted poorly. Yesterday morning I did not complain, however this morning I truly needed my coffee (one of those days). When I asked for my drink to be re-made, I even offered to go inside so the folks behind me did not have to wait I was treated with a slight attitude. Instead of politely offering to remake my drink, I felt as if I was criticized. I was then told to order light cinnamon next time as if it was my fault the same drink I’ve ordered for years suddenly tastes different the past two mornings. While I know the workers mean well, I do recommend a better handling of situations of this nature. Again; This location is great! The lines move quickly and orders are always correct but please, when situations like this occur as they do, handle them a tad more respectfully. I know we all have off days, reason I would never leave a bad review over one negative experience I just wish today was handled slightly different. Everyone of the workers are wonderful and I hope if they are having a bad day; it gets better! Hugs. ❤️
