Came on Christmas Eve and the drive thru was incredibly slow. It was a packed line but it took nearly 30 minutes to get two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. I cant imagine coming here on a regular work day where I would have somewhere to be and being stuck waiting almost a half hour just for a coffee.

To the fella in the drive thru at 11am on Friday the 20th. I hope your day gets better. There is no need to be so hostile and rude towards paying customers over you not being able to ring up a simple “iced coffee with caramel syrup and creamer” I know it’s the holidays and you seemed stressed but for the way you acted and yelled thru the speaker and then proceeded to be a absolute a hole at the window I hope one day you get the help you need!
