I ordered the tallest sized drink they had. Than this blonde older lady comes to window with this tiny drink I told her that’s not the size I ordered. Lady tells me I am wrong and if I want to get it in a bigger size I have to pull around and come inside. Keep in mind I order the exact same drink and size everytime I go there no one else got it wrong and than to blame me and make me get out of the car to come in. I am sorry but she was straight up rude

Sunday morning, walk in and am the only person in line. 7 employees working behind the counter, made eye contact with at least 5 of them. After about 4 minutes, not one person has acknowledged my existence. Walked out without being helped. Pathetic customer service.
Had some problems with my order but they quickly fixed it and let me keep the mistake. Did they buy my love with coffee...yep. but that's what makes me forget mistakes and keeps me coming back.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been since becoming member of the Rewards club. On my way back to Chicago from a night stay at Peoria,IL. Just wanted a coffee to sustain my drive to Chicago to keep awake, saw a big Starbuck sign on freeway, glad to find a Starbucks and welcome the needed stop for coffee. Walked into the store, no line, start the Starbuck app and approach the counter to order. Staff lady came up, presumed ready to take my order, she just looked at me blank, no smile, no hello, no welcome words, just stare.Ignoring that, just start to order and hand the scan page for scan payment from my account. No response, no acknowledgement of the order nor the scan. It was just a coffee order, other Starbuck cashier would poured the coffee and I will be on my way, not here and not her, she just waved me away as there was another guest behind. As I walked to the area for pick up, noticed her with smile and morning greeting to that second guest and proceed to ask what she can do for him. A complete 180 degree turned with poor customer service to me and an excellent service to the one behind me. Why is there such a hugh difference in customer service? I will make other trips to Peoria, I will make sure I won't stop by this highway close by Starbuck store, as well as tell the person stayed in Peoria, IL not to patronize this store or at least don't get her service, wish Starbucks would have name tags on the uniform apron to identify that employee for a compliant to their office.
