I have begun eating here very regularly(3 to 4 times a week) for lunch due to how well the two women working here currently are operating. Honestly, I used to avoid this place but Caitlin and Maddy have certainly changed my mind. I have yet to be served an unpleasant meal from either of them and enjoy the fun atmosphere they have created. Keep it up!

7/3/2025 - whomever was the lady working shouldn't be working in customer service! Rushed and rude. Sandwiches were mostly bread hardly any meat. Never will go back to Subway any Subway. I will stick with Jimmy Johns!

I was just in at the Morton, IL subway and I ordered a 6 inch wheat bread ham and cheese extra cheese lettuce and mayo. When I get to the toppings there was pepperoni on there. I said this is supposed to be a ham and cheese only and the young girl working goes you ordered a bmt what ever that is, I said I ordered wheat bread, ham and cheese only she goes no you didn't, I should have left right then and there and I said can you take that off she grabs the sandwich takes it off and whips the sandwich down the line. First time ever in this subway and it will be the last.

This Subway could definitely use some updating and possibly a new location. The inside is sketchy and a bit gloomy. I'm not sure if there were even seats to eat inside but it wasn't welcoming. The employee was friendly and polite. I'm sure they get alot of traffic at this intersection but imagine how much better business would be with a nicer more comfortable restaurant.
