Not truck driver friendly denied food because semi couldn’t be pulled through the drive through and they canceled the mobile order twice
Mobile order? Quick in-and-out? Not here.
I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for nearly 8 years, and I usually place my order through the app to avoid confusion and mistakes. It’s faster — or at least, it used to be.
They’ve stopped leaving mobile orders on the pickup rack. I get it — stolen food happens. But here’s the problem l. I placed my order as usual. There were 7 crew members working. My food was sitting on the back counter in plain sight. I waited 2–3 minutes. No big deal… until I made eye contact with five different employees and they still didn’t come over. Meanwhile, a line was forming behind me.
Another 2–3 minutes went by before someone finally decided to grab my order.
Daytime? The lunch crew has it together — friendly, quick, and attentive. After 5 p.m.? Don’t bother going inside unless you like waiting and being ignored.

God forbid you place an order and walk up after the lobby is closed. They will tell you to leave and cancel your order

They pretty much force you to use the kios to make your order. They tried to ignore you if you go to the counter and want to make an order there.. Not very friendly and not very clean.
Generally ok, but this location struggles with order accuracy.

Taco bell can not ban people without a trespass order. The business is open to general public which has to operate uniform commercial code. And if caught refusing service to based discrimination practice well Taco Bell or AKA Tricon will be opening themselves to massive law suit. Tricon has been notified of issues with this branch.

Using the kiosk is a little different. I rather talk to the employees. But I do like the drive-through.

Baylee in the back is just the best. She made the nacho fries very crispy and seasoned! Best girl on the fryer i have seen! Wow! Deserves a raise!
Umm, my food looks like it had mold on it. I usually like this place, but mold is off-putting

Drive-thru is usually pretty quick and food is pretty good. Employees are friendly and listen. Menu is also pretty customizable. Definitely recommend.
No extra cheese or beef... just a regular nachos bell grande with onions and fiesta chips.

I am give this Taco Bell restaurant in Morton Illinois a BIG fat zero! This place is nasty in their hygiene! Bathrooms are horrible. The kitchen is horrible! Giving the public a heads-up NOT to eat hear! Look at how nasty 🤮 it is... The city inspector should stop here and close it down until they clean their act!

This location has not included part of my order on multiple occasions. Tonight they forgot my cinnamon twists and fire sauce despite me asking for it and it being on my receipt. Over this.
if i could give 0 i would, managers are rude server was terrible never will go again missed half of my food!!!
