“Solid service which is hard to come by in monticello. That said I had an excessively long wait the day before thanksgiving I am not upset at the 3 people on staff that night but the fools who scheduled it that way I had to use the kiosk and didn't have a receipt or would've went that route. I'm contacting cooperate because the people in upper management doing scheduling need held accountable and if you see this I encourage you to do so as well. Frankly the people in Monticello are pretty awful and the way I saw those workers treated that night is unacceptable because had their management did as they should have it wouldn't have been as bad.”

“The staff was really nice! Quiet hidden gem with food made with love. Well decorated for the Christmas season. Bathrooms were roomy, maybe a little too old and rickety for my taste. Food wasn't quick but it was all made fresh so no complaints from me.”
