Everytime i come here there is always something wrong with my order! I get a whopper for it to have no pickle or onion, i ask for extra pickle and extra onion and i get either none at all or just the regular amount, one time i was even missing the patty💀 do better!!!

The district manager was working that day and was very rude and refused to give me my order because of a mistake she made. So I had to fight to get money back because it was an in app order. And the icing on the cake was I didn't evan get to eat that day until I got home from work on a 12 hour shift

Would be zero stars (potentially less) if possible. After multiple incorrect orders, orders fulfilled with cold or undercooked food, and being told they are out of burgers (some king, huh?), I will now literally pay people close to me to stay clear of this location for both their health and sanity.

My husband ordered a large Mexican street corn whopper meal for me. Come to find when he arrived home the sandwich was disappointingly prepared with very little sauce or tortilla crisps. He brought it back and asked them to fix it and the lady at the counter visibly rolled her eyes at him. This is one of the few times we've had to bring something back to be fixed at this location. But an employee publicly expressing annoyance at the fact they have to ring in another sandwich they don't even have to make because they aren't on the sandwich station is embarrassing. If you don't want to tap a screen and clean tables in a lobby don't work at a place that requires you to. Sorry to the other employees who actually do their job and don't complain but this experience alone makes my husband and I not want to come back.
