False advertisement on there SpongeBob meal. They wont give you the toy they advertise. 15 dollars for horrible experience and service and missing items. Dont waste your time or money at this Burger King. This guy gave us the worst experience!

Took 23 minutes from placing order to receiving order tonight. When opened bag there was not a full order of onion rings and they were old. Special ordered a whopper that also was not warm. Not sure what I waited on since 6min of the time I was at the pickup window and had paid. Four mail employees were able to be scene behind counter and no customers were inside. Had at least 5 cars behind me and only 1 car in front of me when I placed my single order.

Went through the drive through just a few minutes ago got chicken fries large fry and a double cheeseburger the chicken fries was like a limp noodle not crispy the burger patties looked mushy so I go back and ask for a refund and tell them they can keep the food the manager says I don’t give refunds so I’m out money and the food wish I could get in touch with her boss

Everytime i come here there is always something wrong with my order! I get a whopper for it to have no pickle or onion, i ask for extra pickle and extra onion and i get either none at all or just the regular amount, one time i was even missing the patty💀 do better!!!
