Went in at lunch to get the buffet. They had no salad bar out and only a single pizza, after waiting several minutes they brought out a couple of single topping pizzas. I asked about the salad bar and was told that they would make me a salad and bring it out but by the end of my meal I never got it and the server never came back to the table.
Very disappointing and not worth the money spent.
We live in Mt. Vernon, but most of our family live in Mt. Carmel and my son wanted to have his birthday party at Pizza Hut in Mt. Carmel. I called the weekend before and reserved seating for 15-20 people for the party and the man who answered the phone said he would write a note and leave it for the manager so they could schedule accordingly. Manager is terrible !! To fire a Loyal, Excellent Employee of ten years for no good reason should really be investigated by upper management !! If they’re allowing this to happen, they’re just as bad by turning their heads. Shaking my head on this !!!🤬😡
