Was a little hesitant after reading some reviews but it’s been awhile since I’ve been to a pizza buffet and thought I’d give it a try. Most of the pizza was hot and fresh and tasted great. Salad was good with many different toppings available. Service was great. Someone would check on me randomly and would never go without a drink. Restaurant was clean and had a little old school feel to it. It was exactly what I was expecting.

Ordered online and set a carry out time 45 mins later @5:00 p.m. We were having family over for dinner and had one of them pick up the order since it was on their way to us! We got a call from them-that was picking up the order and said they were picking up the food but the breadsticks we ordered were mistakenly placed on the buffet and had to wait for them to make a fresh batch— no problem! They arrived and as I was setting the order out I noticed our order was missing an item. I decided to call the restaurant and it goes to a call center- which I thought was unusual— it’s a small town…talked to a lady told her my issue, was put on hold.. finally talked to another employee and explained my issue and asked if they would be able to deliver it? He said it would be an hour or more our delivery guy is backed up. I said ok can it be delivered any sooner due to this being your mistake, or compensate me for your mistake? As I was asking him this he is trying to talk over me and was very adamant and loud about well you should have made sure the order was correct and hung up on me! I tried to call back it went to the call service again then to the store and no answer after 5 minutes I hung up- figured they must not care about their service and making it right! I will not be going back there and will tell everyone why!!

Went in at lunch to get the buffet. They had no salad bar out and only a single pizza, after waiting several minutes they brought out a couple of single topping pizzas. I asked about the salad bar and was told that they would make me a salad and bring it out but by the end of my meal I never got it and the server never came back to the table.
Very disappointing and not worth the money spent.

5/7/25 - thought we'd give pizza hut a try being that it's under new management - worst experience ever dining in! Employees yelling, cussing (f bombs), horrible atmosphere. We left, didn't eat, and will never go back!

Pizza Hut needs a direct line to the Mt.Carmel branch. Calling to place a order and being bounced around to numerous people. Most of which can't speak English is a nightmare.

I’m done with this hole. 2x orders were short. Asked for light sauce and it was soaked with sauce. Etc etc. hopefully you will remove Mount Carmel Pizza Hut from your fast food options
So had a comment from the “owner” requesting the additional information on this order. Posted receipt and haven’t heard anything back which proves that they just don’t care about the service people are receiving.

My family loves pizza hut. Wanted to drive almost an hour to let kids have it. I called the Mt Carmel store many times over 3 hr period. After over 45 min total on hold, finally get answer. Once I started to ask, he put me back on hold. I guess I won't bother at this location again with the terrible service.
Takes over an hour to get order had to call multiple lines. No communication.

Too much money paid out for 2 of the most greasy medium pizzas I've ever had. Quality of pizza and breadsticks is very poor for the money paid out. Over 60 for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks. No wonder Pizza Hut's are closing. Our family will never go back!

Ordered hand-tossed sausage and mushroom. Pizza was OK, nothing special. Has been years since we had eaten a Pizza Hut Pizza, but we both felt that it had not changed. Waitress was attentive. Atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Warmer bags and supplies stacked on the salad bar, dirt and dead flies on our windowsill, crumbs visible in the seats, multiple bottles of parmesean cheese (3), hot peppers (3), salt (2), and pepper (2) on our booth table (able to seat four). Water leak in ceiling at the checkout area.
