Drove thru for the first time yesterday and the blended iced coffee was not blended and couldn’t be sipped through a straw, called to inform and the manager politely offered to remake, replace, or refund. I came in today asking for a different drink made a specific way, it was not made correctly so I called to inform yet again. I was told that I can “get my coffee somewhere else.”☺️ so that was lovely. I’m glad I live in another state so I never have to return. It’s so good to know that small town charm still exists.

Visited this location for the 1st time today. Ordered 4 coffees, and everyone loved them! I tried the Autumn Crunch (with toffee nut instead of hazelnut) and it was delicious! Will definitely try again! The young lady at the window was very pleasant, and offered help when we were trying to decide what to try. Thank you!!!

My wife and I were passing through Mt.Carmel Monday morning and stopped at McDonalds for coffee. We went inside and they literally would not even acknowledge our presence or the lady behind us. We went down the street to Scooters ( our first visit ). I’m glad we did great coffee and iced tea and friendly service

Once in awhile I'll go through and get a Peanut Butter Crunch Blender as a treat. The service is always good. You don't usually have to wait very long to get your beverage. I don't go that often. For it costs it's not something that I'm going to get for myself on a regular basis, but when I do get something from Scooter's it is usually good.
