My coworkers and I frequently pick up mobile orders from this establishment for lunch 2-3 days a week. Nevertheless, the customer service has been disappointing lately. We visited last week, and my coworker observed they were currently preparing her sandwich. Through no fault of their own, she forgot to add a special message to her order regarding her allergy and accidentally called the wrong location. She courteously requested a new sandwich and apologized. Regrettably, the male and female staff members collaborated and began yelling at her, asserting she had left a negative review two to three months prior stating they had made her sandwich incorrectly. They asserted their manager had reviewed the security footage, which proved they had not made the sandwich wrong. However, my colleague has never left a Google review. When she denied their accusation, the female staff member responded with a terrible attitude, saying 'YEAH, YOU.' The disrespect displayed was sufficient for us to decide to take our Subway orders, which we place two to three times a week, to a different location.

Foods good. My coworkers and I order from here often. The customer service is terrible. The majority of the dayshift workers including the manager are especially rude to customers and have been on multiple occasions.

I went in to order myself a sandwich and while the sandwich was good the customer service could use improvement because the lady that was in the store at the time was very rude and threw my receipt at me and the bag for my food

The sandwich I have them make was really good but I also think there prices are way to high almost $14 for a sandwich then ask if u want to give a tip well no I'm not made of money I'm very blessed toget to eat out I also think that you need to still give out punch cards toget a free sandwich every now and then for the prices and I will not use the drive to ord that is a total joke not everyone understands how that all works and who maybe in a hurry

I went through the drive through to place an order for my wife. We get her sandwich and it hasn't been toasted and doesn't have all the ingredients she wanted. We went back and they remade the sandwich and, still got it wrong but, my wife didn't want to cause a scene. Out of the past 3 times we've gone at least 1 thing is wrong, missing cookies, untoasted sandwich, or missing ingredients.
