Soda was totally flat. Some of the fries weren't fried and a few cheese curds were squeaky and cold. Chicken sandwich was fine.

Where do I begin….first of all, we had a complex as to whether we were indeed allowed to eat inside or not. After using the bathroom that was actually NOT out of order, we decided to eat outside, followed by being handed our food, because the owner refused to let us use a tray that the food was already on. Had to decide whether to load my arms or make two trips to the tiny ordering window. 🤷🏼♀️ As if that wasn’t awkward enough, all the sodas were completely flat, like, flatter than my husband’s buns, and I didn’t think that was even possible! When requesting new ones or something of the like, apparently “nobody had complained that day…yet.”. Also, when being told there was no mustard whatsoever, my daughter’s burger had half a bottle on the top bun. All in all, felt like an experience from the twilight zone. Do not go there. EVER.

I hope the owner of this place sees all the comments about this restaurant and does something to really improve it because from the service to the food it's bad, even the restaurant is bad and they don't even serve any soda machine, but what's really affecting it is the service, super rude and they start fighting as if they knew me, that's something super disrespectful if someone tells you hey I did it because I didn't know how and you continue to disrespect the customers that's bad and it's worse for the owner to hire uneducated people

First of all, everyone in the store is racist. She tried to scold me as if she were my mother. First of all, it's my first time at that restaurant and I don't know what they serve. So, I put my drink in the machine, threw away the ice, and she started yelling at me like crazy. First of all, they have no education, and even though they're not Americans, they're still a bunch of racists.

I tried the place again because the cafe was closed. First bad vibe was a sign that says you need to use the outdoor order window, a disorganized menu list on the window with all prices marked $0, and then getting waved inside. My burger was done too fast to be grilled to order but the onion rings were OK. This DQ has a sketchy feel. I doubt I'll be back.

Because I can't give them a zero... I steer clear of this place because they rip me off every time. Today was no exception, my kids paid almost $37 for 2 orders of cheese curds, a chicken strip basket and a moolatte... ridiculous. Never again.

Ordered 3 cones and watched them make the ice cream with NO gloves on and touching all over the cone absolutely disgusting . Also they were huffing and puffing while we were ordering like we were annoying , absolutely ridiculous 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I live fairly close to dq. Have had issues with the new owners scamming me on orders $20-$30 in the past so I don't usually give them my business anymore. Decided to give it a shot, walked there with my kids, there was a snow storm going. Get there and they don't even have the lobby open, wouldn't open the doors, wanted me to order from outside at a window. The lady tried dodging when she seen us but her husband came to the window. They had no menu with prices at the window. This is very important because they will scam you, the guy said no I'll give you a receipt you don't need prices. I was planning on ordering 7 chicken strip baskets and 2 burgers baskets. They wasn't busy so I'm sure they could have used the revenue. They was complete assholes about even ordering. These owners need to sell and move on with themselves. They have dragged such a wonderful place to the ground. I do not recommend anyone go there. My kids and I went back home without ordering. I will never return as long as those owners are still there and I will continue to tell everyone else about their bad business practices.

I gave Dairy Queen another shot today. The lady started yelling my order back at me for some reason like I wasn’t talking loud enough so spoke up and she told me to stop yelling at here which I wasn’t. My burger was hot this time but there was green mold on the top bun. And ordered a red velvet blizzard which it wasn’t mixed at all it was all vanilla ice cream the whole way down. I called and explained situation and got told in so many words nothing they could do about it. Buyers beware watch your food and your kids food they don’t care what they serve. Miss the old Dairy Queen.

Worst dairy queen I've ever been to. The owners wife would not upgrade my meal deal, would not wait to make my ice cream when I was done eating, oil for fries was dirty tenders were cold, no lighting, skimped on everything, laughed at my complaint.
