My son decided to get ice cream for our family. He messaged to let me know that they didn’t have any candies for the blizzards. He also told me the lady working yelled at him and was extremely rude. We’ve been very disappointed many times since the new owners but have given it a couple more tries, but now we are DONE! You treat my child rudely and also charge many extra hidden fees. Also, when asking for a receipt you’re reluctant because of your dishonesty. This is NOT how to run a business, especially in a small town! This is NOT OK. You should be ashamed.

The manager Jay of this restaurant was SO rude. I told him the website took my money but he said he wasn't seeing it and it was my problem. I asked for a manager and he laughed and said I was talking to him. Brand new restaurant and already disgusted with this atmosphere and their staff.

We were refused the restroom by a very mean, older woman. As 6 adults traveling to Galena, Illinois, we wanted to wash our hands first, then order ice cream, she yelled at us "no, you buy first, restrooms are locked" We left. We were so flabbergasted, we thought we were on a prank show!
Terrible. Lady behind the counter was so rude. My ice cream dipped cone tasted terrible. The chocolate dip tasted like wax. Very disappointing. Will not go back.

there food has went very downhill since the new owners, the ketchup inside tastes fermented, they make you buy something before you can use the restroom, they overprice everything food costs like a 5 star restaurant but tastes like a 1 star. would not recommend!!!
