Ball Factory Mount Prospect

You can tell the ball pit has not been sanitized thoroughly. Managers/owner do the bare minimum. Trying to leave a less negative review so they don’t take it down but Ball Factory needs major change

Love the addition of the “police station” and “fire station” parking and gasoline pump. Could use more toddler size ride ons in this area. Overall great variety of activities and equipment. A little pricey.

Great place to have little ones burn energy. Best 1.5 hour. Can get boring quick if visit within same week. Very clean and friendly faculty. Only hope they could update equipment every quarter or provide themes to different areas.

My 2 year old had such a great time here. He loved the ball pit, the slides and all the cool cars to push around and ride in. We’ll definitely be back.

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday at the Ball Factory and it was the best experience. Everything was well organized, the kids had an amazing time, and the space was clean and fun. Gabby was our party host and she was absolutely amazing—so helpful, energetic, and made the whole party run smoothly. Our daughter loved every minute, and we couldn’t have asked for a better celebration. Highly recommend! 🎉✨

The facility appeared unclean, and I noticed issues that made me uncomfortable. I shared my concerns with staff. I’m disappointed that instead of addressing the issue, my reviews are not being shown publicly.

Went on a snowy Sunday so wasn't to crowded. Kids had a blast. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean and nice, and the play area is beautiful. However, there is one “but.” We still had 15 minutes left of our time when the girl named Ewa, who was responsible for our birthday party, started cleaning everything up and throwing things in the trash with an unhappy expression. It felt uncomfortable and very unprofessional.

I left a tip and I am grateful for the work overall, but I really did not like this situation.

The floors were wet and dirty in a couple hours nobody didn’t even tried to clean, another thing ladies walking with shoes on at children playing spots
The management need more attention because paying $50 doesn’t worth that service

Had a wonderful time with my niece's son.

My 4 year son loves this place. We've been being him since he was 1! Staff is always great and facility is never overcrowded and very clean! Love it!

Love the place . It is small, very friendly and very clean . Delicious pizza .

Fun place for the kiddos! The only downside was that a few shoes from our party group went missing. I’d definitely recommend keeping your shoes in your party room or right with your belongings.
