I wanted rainbow ice cream in a quart container prepacked. They gave me a fresh pack (which cost more money), I had not asked for that. Along with the fact that they didn’t clean the scooper when scooping different ice cream. Wild. I tasted at least 4 different ice creams while eating the one I chose in the beginning. Please do better.

Ordered a milkshake at the drive thru. About 90% milk and maybe 10% ice cream, it was barely even cold, and about as thick as regular milk. Sucked. Never again. Guy at the drive thru window was unpleasant.

Closed indoors early. Very rude when we were trying to figure out our ice cream order in the drive through. Told us there was a timer and we had to hurry. We had never been to a Baskin Robbins before and now it will stay that way.

This place has to be one of the worst places. We went through the drive through and order two ice creams with hot fudge and nuts. Then we drove up to pay and noticed one ice cream did not have nuts so we kindly asked if she could add nuts. The lady just gave me a nasty look and refused to add nuts. I was in complete Disbelief and repeated my request and she began to argue with me about the nuts!!!!!!!!! Worst place ever.

Called to ask if they had a specific cake flavor available for purchase. Was told they have many cakes and they didn’t know if they had that. I needed to ask if they could check . They said they were too busy to check . I ask if I should call back in a half hour and they hung up on me.
