My first and last time going to this location . The coffees have no flavor at all & the bald headed b***h taking the order is rude aaf and rushes it. Boy if you don't wanna work go tf home .

Just left this location after ordering a large hot coffee and got nothing but attitude, whispers and laughing through the whole 2 minute process in the drive-thru and at the window!!

Very poor customer service. Making up rules, like I haven't been to Dunkin' Donuts before. Went there on Thursday 11/18 at 3:45pm, whoever was working need to do a better job. Got the wrong order, double priced it and giving bad attitude to other customer as well. Don't go there please!

I had a craving all day for ice cream, rocky road.. so I drove through and ordered my usual, waffle cone Rocky road on bottom and mint chocolate chip on top. I pull to the window told the young male working there that it was wrong. He told me that it doesn't matter it's all going in my stomach. I said I'm paying for it and that the way I ordered it. He said they (coworkers) told me to make it didn't tell me how it was supposed to be.. my first time there, and not goin back. This happen Sun 4:20pm...

50/50 shot they get your order right... whether that's a coffee or a sandwich of some sort so check your bag/drink before leaving. Have to repeat yourself numerous times on the mic sometimes due to lack of paying attention. Order anything that's supposed to be "toasted" (bagel) and it's like biting into a sponge. Some are very nice, however, they apparently don't care for customer service. Slow drive thru. Rude employees. I never leave a bad review, but just today they manage to screw up my order in -6 degree weather and barely have an apology followed up with a slight giggle. I ordered a $5 sandwich and got 2 gross donuts. Only one other car was in line. "When are you coming back?" You mean waste more gas waiting in your long drive thru/exposing myself to the cold yet again. They can't even pay attention enough for 2 min. I know times are tough and I literally never leave a bad review... but this is ridiculous and I'll be taking my business else where. Mind you I live .3 miles away!

It's one thing for slow service but another for terrible service with an attitude! One thing I cannot handle is a POOR customer service. I go to this location because of how close it is to my place but my goodness. They need to step up their game! Drive-thru always takes FOREVER and people are rude and unhappy. I do appreciate people who are going out and still working during this time... it's a rough time for ALL. HOWEVER, if you're gonna be such a Debbie downer, stay at home and keep your misery to self. Currently DD has an offer- free medium hot/iced coffee on Wednesdays for the month of May. My father went and got the iced coffee. They scanned his coupon but made him pay. Due to his limited English, he wasn't sure why he had to pay. I gave them a call to make sure this offer was valid at this location, this p**** picked up cutting me off mid convo telling me to hold... and he never returned. Waited on the phone for 10 minutes until he hung up. I called again- no one pick up. Again, no one picks up. Is it that hard to explain using words?! He did say the offer was valid at this location then how come they made him pay? I don't understand. Never returning to this location again. Do better or hire people that actually knows how to communicate. It's not that hard.

What a scam place! I went there today to get a large cup of latte which is $3.99. I was charged $7.89 and argued that it is the cost of latte with tax!!! So, my question is the place have almost 100% tax on each purchase???

Horrible! Go anywhere but here. Ordered two bananas splits in Drive thru and had to wait over 10 minutes even though they weren't busy. Got home and there were no bananas in either one nor did they add other ingredients I requested. Had to drive back. Two workers and one laughed out loud when she realized she had not added the bananas. Instead of remaking they added items and by the time I got home it was melted to me he point of soup. This location has never been that great but this is a new low even for them. Wish I could give zero stars.

I love this Dunkin Donuts ! I come here almost every morning and they are always quick in the drive thru so even when I'm running late I still end up getting to work on time. Coffee is always how I like it and they always have the donuts I want as well and it's always fresh !

Went to the Dunkin Donuts. It was horrible. Truly understaffed for the morning rush. Waited almost 20 minutes if not more for just coffee. People came in after me, ordered and were out of the door before I got a simple dark roast coffee. Nothing special. If this has taught me one thing, it's that I'd rather drink the coffee at work or a hotel before going into another Dunkin Donuts. Horrible experience.

I come 3x a week for a chi vanilla latte, wake up wrap and hash browns. almost everytime i visit my latte is all foam and like no actually drink and its cold. the same goes for the food. i work 2 minutes down the street. there is no reason the food should be as cold as it is. I am not impressed with this location anymore. I might as well spend my money at Starbucks, pay a little more for better quality. I will not be returning to this location any more.
