I’m going to chalk this up to an off day because I’ve ordered from here before and actually enjoyed the food. This time, though, I ordered the Detroit Italian Beef Combo and something was definitely missing… like the Italian beef, the cheese, and honestly, the flavor.
The photos I posted are from the pizza I received compared to the one on their site and the difference speaks for itself. Along with that, I ordered the wings (fried extra), which were decent, but overall this meal just didn’t hit the mark.
A lot of people leave glowing reviews, and it makes me wonder is the standard for “good” food just really low, or did I catch them on a bad day? Either way, I know what this place is capable of, so here’s hoping this was just a fluke

This restaurant has so much potential but the poor and slow service just kills it unfortunately. I have tried it multiple times, table or bar the service is so slow. I have never sat at a bar before for 15 and no one has taking my drink order.
Food is great and has many options to select from but the service makes the experience not worth the cost when there are other options nearby.

My wife loves their Margharita Pizza but I hate going over to pick it up. The Staff is rude, the pizza is always late and the bartenders don't have a sense of humor if I want a beer while I wait. I only come back here because it's closer than Burger King.

Excellent thin crust pizza 🍕 The atmosphere is fun an full of energy.
The cocktails were pretty good and strong. The service was excellent. Only the live music was too loud and we couldn’t hear each other.

Low on staff but it was a Thursday lunch drop in so expected a little bit quicker service. Some of us have to go back to the office. Lol.

I hate to give such a low rating but we had a horrible experience here recently and tried to reach out to the restaurant manager TWICE with ZERO reply. We came here with a large group and had probably the worst service ever. We got here at 5 and didn't leave until after 8 because our server kept forgetting to put in our food order. We also had small children with us so for them to have to try to sit this long made it a miserable experience for all of us. Our server kept disappearing and was no where to be found. Overall TERRIBLE experience and the management here needs to do better to follow up with their customers!!!!!
