Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite go-to spots for wings, appetizers, and great happy hour vibes. Whether you’re catching a game or just hanging with friends, the energy here is always lively and fun.
Happy Hour: Their happy hour is awesome — plenty of drink specials and discounted appetizers that make it perfect for after work or pre-game hangouts. It’s a great way to enjoy good food and drinks without spending too much.
Appetizers: The appetizer menu here is solid. Favorites include the loaded nachos, crispy mozzarella sticks, and classic onion rings. Of course, the wings are the star of the show — tossed in tons of sauces - favorite is Thai Curry.
The service is friendly and the portion sizes are generous. If you’re into sports, wings, and good happy hour deals, Buffalo Wild Wings delivers on all fronts. 🍗🍻

I’ve been coming to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mount Prospect, IL for a long time, and the service is always horrible but my experience with Jenny was hands down the best I’ve ever had at this location. She was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything from start to finish. Drinks were always refilled, food came out perfectly, and she made us feel genuinely welcome. Jenny truly made the night—she’s amazing and a huge reason I’ll keep coming back!

Ordered 20 wings and a burger and fries to go on 1/10/26 at 6:15 pm. Was told online to pick up at 7pm, stood in the lobby for an hour with 30 other people hour waiting for my order. Was told they were to busy to issue a refund, so I had to wait. 8pm I get my food ,when I get home under sauced wings. Ridiculous.

This place is a joke. Horrible service, horrible wait time for seating, food and drinks.. I’m usually understandable about a busy Saturday at a sports bar I’ve worked for them but a 2 hour wait to get my food because she forgot to tell the kitchen my order is ridiculous. She had to be chased down for us to get refills on anything and she kept bringing out our appetizers more than once asking if we already received them. Then to try to compensate brought us 25% coupons that expire next week? Atmosphere gets a 4 star rating cause the customers around us were fun while we watched the bears game.

Went there during a football game keep in mind it’s a sports bar bears and green bay playing.so you know it will be packed. I had a table of 8. We all ordered food half of the people got there food after 30min then 3 more people got there food 1hour and 15 minutes later. My young daughter waited for her food for two hours when I went back to the kitchen and spoke to the server after I asked several times they directed me to the manager when I went up to the manager. She then told me well. Everybody is waiting. I explained her I’ve Been waiting two hours for six wings she then set the server to the table after I explain to him all he did was apologize. I told him I don’t wanna talk to him bring the manager over here. She came over and was complaining to me on how the Phone orders is what’s taking her so long and that’s why my food is taking so long. I explained to her it’s not my fault that they didn’t staff the building the right way She then made me look like the bad guy and said I was cussing at her. The funny thing is my son was wearing meda glasses and the whole thing was record never swore at her once I had to talk extremely loud considering it’s a sports bar and the tv is right above us but she gets offended. It’s been a while since I came to this place but it’s gonna be a while since I come back I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings. I think I’ll start going to the Schaumburg location.

My son and I showed up on a very slow Sunday. We sat there for 20 minutes and didn’t even get DRINKS. My three year old wanted to leave, it was that bad.
Steve the manager tried to make it right, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Unfortunately, it was too late at that point. We will not be returning

Horrible. Stand at the front with tons of people waiting for to go or to be sat. No one knows who is in line for take out or seating. No one ever came so we though they were short staffed. No. They're all standing around chatting while up front is chaotic and just wanting to be greeted or sat. Went to bar top because no one came up front, so loud we screamed at each trying to talk, then gave up. Food took maybe an hour to come out. Half of it was cold. No, I didn't say anything, I was starving by then and just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Wow.

Waited 50 minutes for a cookie skillet, service was ridiculously slow and seemed like a bother anytime we asked for something. I’ll I don’t even care to write reviews but this place was so bad I had to get up on here and say some. Don’t recommend unless you like sitting for 2 and half plus hours…

My visit to this location was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Our server, Jenny, seemed far more interested in chatting and flirting with her male companion than actually doing her job. I had to ask multiple times just to get basic things like plates and a drink refill. When she finally brought the plates, she dropped them on the table aggressively and immediately walked off to go right back to canoodling with her boyfriend.
The service was awful, and unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. Nothing about this visit made me feel valued as a customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never be coming back to this dump again.
