i ordered a meal with no salt on my fries and i received salted fries. when i went back to ask them for fries with no salt, the cashier rudely argued back saying there is no salt on them so i told her to try them herself to prove my point. she then rudely grabbed the fries out of my hands and threw them back without any apology or response on when the fries would be ready or to tell me she will bring them out. i stood there for five minutes while they talked negatively in spanish behind my back. worst service ever and i would give zero stars if i could. don't work a service job if you don't have basic manners.

Order #1 no tomatoes no cheese, pull up to the window to a drink being put on the ledge. I ask what the drink is and am told , a #1 comes with a coke, ok I guess I'm having coke. Get home to a burger with cheese and tomatoes, thanks for ruining my dinner with that nasty cheese. I'm done with that place.

Burger King service seems to be the same on most locations. It is horrible. Crewmembers seem to be lacking any customer service training. The word rude is to be expected from the crew members to their supervisors.

This is the best burger king because of the great friendly staff . Good is the same at all restaurants but this staff is by far the best we have ever experienced , they all deserve raises! Tell this to corporate !! Please

This was a surprisingly good visit to BK! This was a morning visit, and the crew was spot on with attentiveness and attention to detail.
I enjoy the Whopper over breakfast items, so they made one for me, well assembled and hot. The onion rings were fresh (we asked for this) and also very good - especially on the Whopper.
They also have a Coke Freestyle drink machine, with all the flavors and drinks I looked at, available. Tasty drinks not always available at other BK's.
As with many from this chain, they do a bit of 'nickel and dime' with no condiments or napkins out, so you need to flag someone down at the counter and ask for things. No biggie since they were very attentive, just inconvenient. Another annoying thing - the few ruin it for everyone - you need to grab a key for the restrooms. Again, a minor inconvenience, but annoying.
Otherwise, a great location if you want to get a flame broiled Whopper - or anything unique to this brand.
