I wish I got all of the employees working the Mt Prospect locations names because they were all just awesome. So shout out to the employees for sure. We were excited to try the SpongeBob meal and getting the SpongeBob crown was just chefs kiss.

Worst BK ever. I ordered two sandwiches and only got one. When confronting staff they told me to get lost. They refused to provide and receipts of my purchase. I never got my food they basically told to get lost. By far the worst fast experience of my life.

Whenever we order food from this Burger King, we are charged for items that we didn’t receive. We have never received a refund nor the missing items. Happens every time. There is never any apologies nor accountability.
