Whenever we order food from this Burger King, we are charged for items that we didn’t receive. We have never received a refund nor the missing items. Happens every time. There is never any apologies nor accountability.

i ordered a meal with no salt on my fries and i received salted fries. when i went back to ask them for fries with no salt, the cashier rudely argued back saying there is no salt on them so i told her to try them herself to prove my point. she then rudely grabbed the fries out of my hands and threw them back without any apology or response on when the fries would be ready or to tell me she will bring them out. i stood there for five minutes while they talked negatively in spanish behind my back. worst service ever and i would give zero stars if i could. don't work a service job if you don't have basic manners.

Order #1 no tomatoes no cheese, pull up to the window to a drink being put on the ledge. I ask what the drink is and am told , a #1 comes with a coke, ok I guess I'm having coke. Get home to a burger with cheese and tomatoes, thanks for ruining my dinner with that nasty cheese. I'm done with that place.
According to the website is open, I can see an employee inside, but she is just moving around and doesn’t want to service the customer, I’m at least the second customer she does this to, shoutout to the owner

Burger King service seems to be the same on most locations. It is horrible. Crewmembers seem to be lacking any customer service training. The word rude is to be expected from the crew members to their supervisors.

This is the best burger king because of the great friendly staff . Good is the same at all restaurants but this staff is by far the best we have ever experienced , they all deserve raises! Tell this to corporate !! Please
