Central Continental Bakery

Continental Bakery was absolutely amazing! Unlike other bakeries where I had to wait 24hrs for a call back, they were so easy to work with — I was able to place my order and have a beautiful two-tier fondant cake for my husband’s 50th birthday without any hassle.

The customer service was incredible!!! The gentleman I spoke with guided me through the choices and made the whole process stress-free and simple. The cake itself was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I chose one tier chocolate and the other vanilla, and everyone loved it! I’m so happy I went with Continental Bakery and will only use them in the future!

Love this bakery! Just wish it had more of a sitting area. We visit from Wisconsin and would like to sit, sip and eat. A bathroom maybe?

I hate to write this, but I came in at 8:30 a.m. on a Friday. I’ve lived in the area for five years and had been wanting to try this place for a while. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

Everything was fresh, but the taste was really unpleasant. I’m not sure if it was the dough or the oil used, but the flavor was off and left a bad aftertaste—so much so that it even made my coffee taste bad.

Maybe it was just an off day. I don’t know.

That said, the staff was very kind and friendly. I just wish the product matched the level of service they provided.

Husband brought home a few donuts and pastries this morning. Unfortunately, all of them were terrible - there was something odd tasting about them all … almost chemically/artificial, old cooking oil? , not exactly sure but after one bite of each we tossed everything. What a waste of money.

CCB has been around forever and this isn't surprising. Top notch bakery with a beautiful showroom. Huge selection of everything pastry. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Highly recommend.

Outstanding! The ladies behind the counter are attentive and helpful. Every donut, pastry, and coffee cake was delicious and fresh. Plenty of parking in a nice safe location. Terrific bakery. Coffee is decent.

I recently ordered cookies from Continental Bakery for a baby shower, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The order process was incredibly easy, allowing me to pick up the cookies the day before the event. When I picked them up, I was blown away by both the design and taste—they truly exceeded my expectations. The cookies were a huge hit at the shower, and everyone raved about them. I highly recommend Continental Bakery for any special occasion!

First time trying this place. Stopped in for Swedish flop. It was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. The filling had a funky (unpleasant) taste to it. Difficult to describe, but “chemically” or old or something. No one liked it: it was completely inedible and ended up throwing it away. Unfortunate.

I wish I didn’t have to write this, but I have no choice. As someone in the field of helping people this whole interaction from start to finish was so unfortunate. Paulina is down right rude, unwelcoming and overall seemingly annoyed with any and all interactions she has with eager and kind customers. Completely ruined my experience. So unfortunate. The bakery itself is great. Please hire better.
