Best Filipino food from all restaurants I've tried and great prices. I drive from Milwaukee to enjoy their food. The service is outstanding as well.

I tried the pre-packed pork adobo and sisig I ordered to-go and tried at home. First time here. Unfortunately, they're not good as per my family's pinoy taste buds. Kinda salty and bland and not authentic tasting. Sorry but not at the same level as the other pinoy spots in Niles where I get food frequently.

Came here for the first time excited about a new Filipino spot in the area aside from Pinoy Grill. The place is small and is only for carryout so keep that in mind. Some of the items were already pre packaged which isn't that bad if you're not on break or ready to eat in your car. Some of the items were still warm to the touch but not all. We got the chicken siopaos, pinakbet, some vegetable only dish, and I think a pancit like dish.the chicken siopaos were okay....I only wished the actual dough was more glutinous. All in all the dishes needed more of that Filipino flavor. I'm keeping an eye on my sodium intake so for me to say the dishes needed more salt/flavor is saying a lot. I love veggies that have not been overcooked but the pinakbet and veggie dish were too al dente. It needed a couple more minutes to get rid of that dry and raw aftertaste. The pinakbet was also on the dry side. I'm glad they used alamang (pink fermented baby shrimps) instead of the bagoong (brownish and larger fermented shrimp/fish pieces). However, it needed more sauce. It was dry and hard so that was disappointing. I've tried multiple versions of pinakbet but prefer the alamang version better. Also, the actual shrimp pieces were not enough to justify the price. I'll have to go back and try their other dishes and hope they are better.

Just ate here for the first time. Never had Filipino food before. Everything
was great. The pork was very tender and favorable with delicious chrispy skin. The sides were great and all included in the combo plate. Chicken was great too. This is a small family place with carry out only. Staff and service were great. Ill definitely be back.

I came here because I was craving filipino food since my mom has passeed 2 years ago. I didnt really get that much attention so customer service was ok. I didnt get welcomed or a friendly good bye. The food? the dinuguan was good with rice, ive tasted much better. The noodles I couldnt eat. it was dry and no taste. the egg rolls was the same , no taste. I dont know how it was rated 5 stars but my experience was very poor. I drove by not too long ago and wasnt sure if I wanted to go back. I wasnt welcomed and matched the food.

The owner is the best! Super nice, very welcoming! The price is great for the amount of food I got; I was so happy with all the noodles and rice I got with my combo! Also their caramel candy/snack they sell is AMAZING!!!! It has peanuts in it and was so soft and delicious. Will be back soon to try more.

We’re from Montreal and came by the restaurant from a hockey tournament and ordered chicken adobo and (freshly cooked) pork sinigang and some yema! And then, by surprise, they gave us free pancit and egg rolls, which were amazingly excellent!!! The smiles of the staff made our day too! We will definitely keep going back during our Chicago stay! More power!!!
Parking: Very easy to park your vehicle and accessible from both sides of the road!
Kid-friendliness: My 2 kids enjoyed everything about Chibogan! Clean environment and very good food presentation that attracts kids to eat good food!!!
