Everybody knows Chipotle and if you don't it's very good. If you go with a $20 bill and get one meal you'll get a little change back

The 2 young men who made my order were nice and intelligent...the cashier was very rude and did not make me feel welcomed. This was around 9:15 I enjoy coming to this location, the cashier was so rude that the experience made the food taste off.

If you want to get sick from their food come here by all means! Got food from them yesterday and started having all these stomach issues. Avoid this location. The employees are rude and make you feel like a nuisance for buying their meals in the first place.

The music is blowing our heads off, you can’t hear each other.
The garbage bins are full, people are placing their garbage on top of the bins, no one is cleaning the tables, very busy place!!

Seems that the employees are being trained to cheat their customers and serve substandard portions. I won’t be back again, and I advise all others to not go to this location.

This has become one of the worst locations!!! There’s always something wrong with my order and something missing today’s bowl was served with a nice thick hair in it!!! NEVER AGAIN this location doesn’t exist for me anymore. AVOID!

Decided to stop in around 9pm to eat in before work (graveyard shift). From the outside it looked as if they were closing. All of the chairs were stacked on the tables. Kind of odd, they advertise they are open until 11 and the guy behind the counter confirmed this. But if you look around the place it looked as if they were closing in a few minutes. I got my burrito and drink, only to see they didn’t have the usual tea out. Containers gone. I would not have bought a drink if I knew if it wasn’t available. Also there were zero napkins available, I had to walk to the counter and ask. The floors were a disaster. Someone had started sweeping but stopped halfway through. I had to step over mounds of trash on the floor. I sat at 1 of the few tables that didn’t have chairs stacked on them (because they are high tops, their stools are bolted to the floor). My burrito was fine, hence 2 stars instead of 1. Overall the experience was very unwelcoming. If they just want to do takeout after 9 or whenever, they need to state this. I was obviously an inconvenience to them. I will happily go elsewhere before work when I want to grab a late bite.
I get wanting to get a head start on cleaning and closing duties, but you were 2 hours out, not 10-15 minutes. Not a good look.
