Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered food for my mom and dad for my mom's birthday. I ordered 2 barbacoa bowls and 1 large bag of chips & guac. My mom got home and noticed they only gave her 1 bowl with chicken - the whole order completely wrong. And my dad didn't get his food at all. I called to speak with someone to get this issue resolved (I live out of state) and there's no live agents that can help. You keep talking to an operator. Worst service or I guess no customer service at all. Don't place online orders through their website. If they mess up your order there's nothing you can really do about it.

$13 and she only put meat on half of the bowl. I wanted peppers and onions they only had a little and she threw that on and went onto other customers and didn't check on the toppings asked for that weren't ready. Cost to much for something not made correctly or to my liking

Second time I walked out of this places.
Very dirty. Some of the containers were empty they were just gonna give me all the stuff that was in the bottom of the containers no thanks.
Workers were laughing and not really paying attention to customers.

Lose orders, don’t bother ordering with the app.

It took 30 minutes for them to make a simple burrito bowl. I asked them multiple times for attention and no matter how many times I asked them they just ignored me over and over. A woman said she will be with me in a minute but they ignored me over and over again. I will never come back here. This is the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to.

They have reduced the size of the flour tortilla, the portion of meat is maybe 2oz you have to ask for a bit more of every item. The hot table holding all the hot food was very messy. So you pay $14 for 2oz of meat. All the servers behind the counter didn't seem like the were paying attention and were anode i was asking for what I thought was a normal portion.

It’s just annoying. If you wanna talk with your co worker, at least assist customers. Employee rushing putting chciken and not even enough. Just wants me to get out looks like. 4pm September 20. Ridiculous

We have tried 5 times. They ALWAYS mess up at least one of our food items. We always order on line. It's confusing how they can always mess up the stuff when it's written out so clearly. We won't be trying again. Done wasting money bc there's no way to get refunded for the missing and wrong food unless you drive back there.

Meat(barbacoa) had no flavor. Very shy on portions even when you get charged for double. Not pleased at all.

This place is dirty and the employee don’t care. I had to repeat my order numerous times and they even got my order wrong even after if I had asked if they included the cheese in my kids meal. The trash was overflowing and multiple flavors of the soda were out of service. I will never return back to this location due to the rude staff and lack of care for the food and facility.
