Great place to visit for quick bite, if you are new to place and visiting for 1st time it would be difficult to know how to order and what to. The staff too are somewhat assume we know what to order, so better to plan ahead and visit their website to understand the menu and on how to place the order.Vegetarian options: There few options for vegetarian dishes.Parking: Ample parking lot available.

Very bad, a lot of people in line but no one cleans the tables, in the kitchen they keep shouting as if they were crazy and you can hear it in the dining room, I ordered a burrito and they did it very badly to me apart from the fact that they were in a bad mood, at the same time some police came in on them if they took good care of him, very very bad, I will not go again ?

First I want to let you know that I am a true connoisseur of all things Chipotle. I’ve eaten Chipotle on average 3 times a week, with some weeks consisting entirely of Chipotle dinners. I’ve been doing this for almost five years now.I’ve easily enjoyed 50+ free points entrees, just to put it into perspective…I travel for work, and a little over a year ago I began work here in Chicagoland. I tried 7 Chipotles within driving distance to my rented townhome (Rolling Meadows) and this location was by far the best…so as always, I decided to make this one my go-to until something went wrong, because something ALWAYS goes wrong at Chipotle….…but not this one. Everything has been consistently great. They keep it clean and they don’t skimp on protein. That’s a big green flag for me. And the staff…I won’t embarrass any of my young newfound friends by giving their names, but they are all so great. Big personalities, never in a bad mood, always happy to see me. I love the vibe here. And the locals! Mt Prospect should be PROUD of their young people! All of the local high schoolers come here on the regular and they are so nice. Good clean cut kids that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being around. It’s just a great place with great, consistent food and service. I will miss this Chipotle when I leave!Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly!

Every single time we order from the Randhurst Chipotle, they screw up the order!!! They have the absolute worst service and a complete inability to read an order! Don't ever order takeout from this location!!!

This is BY FAR the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Skimp horribly on all portions, constantly mess up orders. Do yourself a favor and drive to ANY other location and you'll still end up with more value even if it means expending more gas.

Food is good but the dining room area is DISGUSTING! No one is cleaning the tables, the floors are covered in food and broken chips. We had to clean the table ourselves and the chairs in order to sit down. It's filthy!

The level of service provided at this particular location is the worst I experienced so far at the declining Chipotle restaurants. The behavior exhibited by the high schoolers behind the counter is annoying and rude, demonstrating a complete lack of training. Additionally, the food I received was served cold, and my burrito was a mess. It is disheartening to experience such disrespectful behavior when attempting to place an order, as the high schoolers behind the counter fail to respond to basic greetings and instead demand orders aggressively and rudely. It is truly saddening to witness the decline in customer service at Chipotle, which used to be an exceptional restaurant a decade ago. Drawing from my 25 years of experience in the food industry, I emphasize the importance of excellent training and adequate supervision in the food service sector, as customers are the cornerstone of any establishment's success.

Mistakes in my last couple orders. Missing 3 toppings out of 8 on my bowl. Maybe turn down the loud music happening at night so employees can focus. We order almost every week.
