Crave Cookies - Mount Prospect

NOT a rip off crumble this is where u wanna be it was that good. If you see this in the same week get the oreo cheesecake. Got it twice and got even better the second time and they are always fresh. Ive gone 2 times so far and this is the new spot.

This is my second time trying Crave. The cookies and quality are delicious but can’t say the same for service. I placed an order a day ahead. The nonchalant gentleman working in the place not only did not have my order ready but I had to wait for others who had come in and placed their order just then. He didn’t even seem to care. Said because I placed ahead it ‘gets lost.’ Why even have the option to order ahead? It was just his attitude that turned me off. I could understand of the place was crowded but no one else was in there. Barely apologized.

I go in about once every other week or so (pretty much whenever they have a Reese's style cookie, haha!)
And it's always amazing. The cookies are phenomenal. They are a perfect balance of flavors, they're cookies are an awesome treat to top off any week.
The folks at the front counter are incredibly pleasant too. Each time I go, it's quick, it's amazing, and I'm eager to go back. If not for my waistline, y'all would have all my money! Haha!

I love this place and I decided to go in the second time around today since it’s been awhile I haven’t been there. I got to try dirty sodas this time around and a cookie as well for later. The dirty soda was pretty good actually really surprised and got the waffle crisp cookie for dessert later tonight.

Never heard of this place. Just happened upon it and decided to go in. I am not a sweets person, can never find anything that excites me so I stopped spending money trying. My daughter is, and she wanted to compare to Crumble. Have to say, the team are attentive and very pleasant. Could tell right away, we were 1st timers and gave us samples to try. I bought the Biscoff Cookie, and I must say. LOVED IT. Will be going back to get one again!

Stopped into the Mount Prospect crave cookie at 9:30 AM on Sunday morning after finishing my early shopping across the street at Costco. Turns out place doesn’t open till 10 AM. However, the guys inside were super accommodating in incredibly friendly came up open the door. let me know that they didn’t open till 10 but to come on in they had cookies ready. Second time I’ve been to Crave cookies and to this location in particular and they have been very friendly each time. Like this spot much better than that other place cookies are much better than such a special treat.
