I am filing this review to warn the public: on November 1 2025, the Dunkin’ located at 1798 Elmhurst Rd, Mt Prospect, IL 60056 was selling donuts that had visible insects on them. Selling contaminated food is a violation of basic food safety standards and endangers customers. I have submitted a formal complaint to Dunkin’ corporate and the local health authority. I recommend anyone considering this location to avoid it until the issue has been resolved and inspected.

By far the worst dunkin ever, I come here everday before work cause its convenient. But everytime I order. The food is always halfway warm, but today I had a 6 dollar meal deal bagel. And the bagel smelled horrible like it was in a bathroom for 8 hours without a bag on it. I was the only person in line as well. And the young girls in there didnt know what I ordered when I got to the window even though I just talked to her 30 seconds later. There's always something with this location and the people they hire cant even comprehend an order almost everyday im there. The one on Rand Rd is so much better quality than this joint. Also the bacon on my sandwich was hard and tasted horrible. I spent money today just to go hungry and not enjoy my meal. Thanks so much! Never again am I coming here.

Well I just ordered a latte, bagel w/cream cheese. Opened my bag to find the napkins and sandwich with blood on them. Took it back to get a refund, and told the employee (they were nice!). Should have spoke with a manager but had to get to work. Probably wouldn't recommend this location.

so beyond disgusting. i found MULTIPLE hairs in my food. this location sucks. terrible customer service and always demanding extra money but can’t even do a simple task. also made my drink wrong.
Daniel and dee/deen where awesome! They convinced me to try the new aioli hashbrown breakfast wrap via their suggestion today with my drink and were the heartbeat of the store during a mini rush. They were very professional and fast and me and my boyfriend had a wonderful experience because of their hard work! Will 100% return!
