The Dunkin’ on Northwest Hwy in Mount Prospect is always outstanding. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and everything is consistently fresh. I usually stop by in the evening, and I’ve never been disappointed. The drive-thru runs smoothly, the team works efficiently, and nobody beats the coffee at this location. Excellent customer service every time.

The crew of this Dunkin' makes you feel like you're in their community: Service is always swift and pleasant, welcoming regulars and remembering their orders, friendly to young ones. The lady in charge in the morning runs the show and never takes a break! (She's the best.) The atmosphere is bright and clean with spacious seating and solid Wi-Fi. A lovely morning space to work or start your day. Ample parking to hang and speedy drive-thru service to go.

If you order through drive thru make sure you get your receipt because they scam and steal money here. twice I have asked for my receipt and seen them make excuses for the fraudulent charges they make. It has happened when i have used cash and also card. They know they are scamming and say it is a mistake. Disgusting!

Ordered everything mini bagels, which when fresh and hot, are quite tasty. I drive 2 blocks to me home poured a cup of coffee then bleech. Neither fresh not hot or even warm. The bagel portion was stale or just hard and the cream cheese room temp at best. Yesterday at a location across town, they were hot and fresh. Guess I will drive the extra distance since this was a waste of my $

The food tastes good, but the service is nearly nonexistent. I don't know if they were backed up on orders, but nobody was at the register for a good 5 minutes (I just wanted a receipt after ordering from the kiosk), and once I did get an order in, it took much longer than it should have. Interior decor is nice though

This is our favorite Dunkin - yes we have a favorite - they seem to have the best mix for drinks such as a latte. Staff is generally very friendly. Wish the inside could be a bit more homey and comfortable, but that's across the board for Dunkin locations.

Service here is beyond atrocious. Be ready to wait for upwards of 15 minutes before you're even acknowledged by the staff. Not a single car in the drive thru, no one else inside, but they're apparently too busy to take money.
