Dunkin’ Donuts is what it is. The coffee is pretty cheap compared to mom and Pop places. It’s pretty good and the donuts are really cheap too and pretty darn good quality. It’s definitely the place. I would take kids if you’re in Glenview there’s a dip and sip donut place the donuts are Like 100% better and bigger but they are two or three times the cost of one donut and then there’s a famous donut shop that they built inside Mariano‘s again twice as expensive, maybe three times more expensive but a lot better and then there’s a place called Joe donut right by the train station in Glenview. It’s only open till like 11 and they run out of stuff really good oh my gosh four times maybe five times more expensive than Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m talking like four dollars $6.07 dollars a doughnut $50 for a dozen but they are huge. I mean half the size of a shoebox like three or four different layers like 30 things on one donut they’re crazy. I’m guessing one of their donuts is like oh my gosh, like 1300 cal tremendously tremendously better but oh my God like enormously more expensive. So for your quick stop of a dozen donuts and some coffee Dunkin’ Donuts is the best place in Glenview.

I live close to this DD, so it’s the one I go to. Sadly about 50% of the time I buy a coffee (caramel, hot or iced, with almond milk) it’s wrong. It might seem easy to call back every time they get my order wrong, but once I start work, I don’t have time to call them to tell them that it was wrong. Usually, there’s no caramel, but this last time, there was no coffee! Only milk and caramel. I threw it away and on my next purchase I told the manager of how these events have happened and that I just suck it up, but I thought this was too much. I asked for a free coffee, same as I always order to make up for the issues. The manager said, that she would only give me a latte, no caramel, no almond milk. This event inspired me to write this post, because the decent thing would have been to give me the coffee. I was just picking up a 30.00 order. But, no, she decided to be dismissive and very rude. This will be the end of my purchases in this DD, very disappointed.

I just placed and order with uber eats and my order was missing items, the coffee is horrible no sweetener added even though it was requested. Second time they mess up my order

It’s right on the way to my work so I stop by frequently. Usually not very friendly but it’s early in the morning so I understand until today an employee in the drive thru was really rude and impatient. Surprising considering I was the only person in line and I’m always respectful calling everyone sir and ma’am. messed up my order Giving me a wake up wrap with just cheese and the tortilla. When I came back they told me that’s what I requested and argued with me I just opted for a refund. The manager did not help. wanted the money returned on my card and they just opted to give me a couple singles. will not return
