This place gave me a cold bagel with frozen butter and a lot of it also charged me 4.00 for it and a shocking thing is they charge a whole dollar for butter and I had to wait 20min until it was made when the thing I ordered was simple a bagel toasted with butter please never come here unless you want the poorest service on this planet but you can come when under new management if not expect the worse

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the quality and consistency just aren’t improving. My coffees often arrive half full, and when they’re not, they’re overly sweetened to the point of being undrinkable. I’ve also received the wrong items more than once, and on other occasions, items were simply missing from my order.

The most frustrating part is that the staff doesn’t seem equipped to handle even basic requests. Whether it’s lack of training or poor communication, the level of incompetence has made each visit more disappointing than the last.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location until significant improvements are made.

The cup was overfilled, and the milk wasn’t frothed at all ,it tasted more like coffee with cold milk

One of the rudest location I have EVER A BEEN TO, they don’t “accept” rewards points apparently but scanned my points and claimed they didn’t and charged me! They have an attitude even taking your order. Burned my bagel… won’t be back again.

The lady gives attitude and rush. She’s a manager it looks like it. If you don’t like your job, why are you working here? Messing up orders. Talk in Spanish bad. I need the corporate number ASAP. I won’t come here no more

On 7/18 at 8:23am. Who ever was working taking order from drive-through. I asked for caramel signature latte with no whip cream. When I pulled up by the window, he gave me cold drink. I Said I want hot. He had the audacity to tell me that I said cold when he didn’t even ask if I wanted hot or cold. They made me wait on the side and brought me medium size, again had to wait for the third time to bring my right coffee when I made it clear at the drive thru what I wanted. Who ever manages this place, do better job at training your people.

If you place on online order and accidentally make the order for walk-in but come through the drive thru they want you to go park and go inside to get the order even though the order is right there behind them

Some of the worst service and throughput I've ever seen! We placed a small order in the drive-thru, it was not overly busy and she told us to pull up to the front of the store. There is absolutely zero parking for drive-thru carryover so into the big lot we went. 12 minutes went by and finally we sent somebody inside - all we were waiting for was a toasted croissant and hash browns. We didn't order brain surgery, it should not take that long for that type of order nor should we have to go in and get it from a parking spot that doesn't exist. Ridiculous! Find a new location, this one does not care about customers!

Charged my wife a sandwich even after she asked for bacon, then I when up there to get a refund back the dude that can't speak English just mumbled (can't no money back) and proceeded to charge me the bacon as well
