Terrible location. Didn’t even let me finish my order. Said “go to next window” while I was still telling my order. The refreshers always lack flavor. Donuts are stale. And orders are wrong many times. DO NOT GO TO THIS

Terrible service they couldn’t answer the phone and I show up and it’s empty and the workers are there slacking fix this place up before it becomes a problem for more people
The workers don’t know how to make the seasonal drinks. I don’t think they even know what I was ordering. I’m just frustrated that they gave me a modified drink instead of what they advertised. This has been a consistent issue at this location. I’ll just stick to the most basic order and save myself some bucks that way. Because that’s the only thing they understand

Not impressed with this location - the donuts I've tried here a few times, and the donuts are never fresh they taste hard and stale from the night or two before.
The vanilla coolata drink was alright.
Only thing I enjoyed was the outdoor patio and the music they play outside.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Long time customer at various locations and this location is the #1 worst one. Didn’t even get treated like a customer. Didn’t bother to fix the messed up drink. Ordered 2 of the same drink and one coffee was so much lighter in color than the other. Did not even taste like coffee. Esteffani who I assume took my order and the other women who made the drink was just uncalled for attitude. If you know how to make the drink as you said then maybe you should get your eyes checked because that is not how you make a caramel macchiato.
Update: contacted corporate and in an email was told id get a call from the manager in which i did and she told me to stop by and get a refund for the incorrect drink that was made aa i told her i work and would stop by on the weekend. So i stopped by on Saturday because she told me to go through the drivethru and explained that im here for my refund and this person seemed confused. i explained that the manager at this location told me to get mt refund for the wrong drink made for me. She told me to pull up and i showed her the email and she comes back with another drink…..I asked for a refund like 3 times. This is the worst location in the world. I don’t understand the management that works here just complete INCOMPETENCE and needs to learn how to make lattes. As you can see in the first photo which cup is just milk and syrup and in the second photo is how it should look like. Like make a latte that taste like coffee and not just milk and syrup…

We got at this dunkin at exactly 9:50pm, no one was answering until we said hello. Once we said that, a guy said that they're closed. A lady started talking and said that they had to close the registers and they don't have any donuts or drinks available anymore. She specifically said, "We don't got donuts, we don't got drinks, we don't got nothing. We're telling the truth". If this location closes at 9:50pm or earlier, they should update their hours online so other customers won't have the same experience as us.
I ordered on the app, paid $28+, and all of the items in my order are out of stock. The employees didn’t know how to cancel the order, so I needed to navigate the app to cancel it. This location does not sync with the app to list out of stock items. I haven’t even gotten a refund yet-the Dunkin’ Donuts app said a representative would contact me in 2 days. It’s a lot of work for a $28 refund.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Every time I give this location a chance I regret ever coming back. The workers do not know their own menu and overcharge for everything. I’ve never paid for extra matcha in any other location, they claim that this is what every Dunkin’ Donuts does. They always overcharge for their sandwiches (which I have never paid more than $4,$5 for in other places) by adding on extra charges and then the workers argue back with you and give you attitude when you ask them to go over the total. Their prices make absolutely no sense with other Dunkin Donuts prices. They also thought they gave me all of my drinks and didn’t believe me and I told them that they missed two drinks. They've also gotten our orders wrong multiple times. Never going back here again. Absolutely worst customer service ever.
