Would give zero stars. Ordered online for pickup. Wasn’t even the sandwich l ordered. Didn’t do any of the Customization. And it was mangled and soggy. Looks like a 5 year old made it. I ordered and was there before the pickup window how is it soggy already?? Worst JM experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this location.

Ordered 2 subs with everything on add mayo and received 2 subs with just meat and cheese .. yup that's it. Nothing else on subs.

The General manager of Mt. Prospect IL location made my sandwich order wrong and did not even apologize for his mistake. I will also contact their home office.
It doesn't deserve a star! First time ordering from here and it will be my last. Order it through my friend app she is always ordering from here but I don't see it. I received a bowl it looks like it is missing half the food or it was eaten. Very upsetting had to go and get me a real lunch.

The staff that works here is always on the top of their game. Friendly, courteous, and always a smile on their faces. Sub are delicious, but I just wish they were a little less pricey.

I was very upset about my visit tonight at this location . We looked online and they said they closed at 9. We walked in at 8, there was a handwritten note that said they close at 830. All of the chairs were up and a guy was sweeping around us .There were three men working all of seemed upset by us walking in. I could tell by all of their faces turning red and their short answers. Clearly they were annoyed with us. I ordered a veggie giant hot sub and realized I had to take it to go which at that point by the way they were acting I wouldn't eat it there. By the time we made it home to eat it , it was gross and soggy . Something that should of been eaten right away and I spent 22 and left a tip which I shouldn't of done they didn't deserve anything. They were rude and when I asked for a side of pickles he clearly got mad and again with the red face and I said thank you and he says " yep" . They made me feel not welcomed and that I was ruining their plans for the night which happens to be Halloween. I'd never treat anyone this way at my job. Complete waste of time and money and would never want to return.

Usually this spot is a phenomenal spot to get sandwhiches but last night was a different story. Had a couple sandwhiches delivered to the house only to find a hair on each side of the sandwhich… not something I’m really looking for when I’m trying to enjoy a nice meal. Wish this could’ve been prevented!
