IF YOU ORDER EXTRA OF ANYTHING MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY PUT EXTRA. I work nearby and am a regular here. I have to literally call them beforehand AND check the sandwich before i leave the store EVERY SINGLE TIME to make sure they made my sandwich correctly and EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is wrong. I always order extra jimmy peppers and extra tomato and THEY ALWAYS SKIMP ME. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I call them and they say “do you want to come back for it” Get it together!!!!!

I’ve been to this local jimmy johns many times as it is the closest one in the neighborhood, but I’ve unfortunately had more mediocre experiences than positive. They seem to consistently forget 1-2 ingredients on my sandwich so it’s gotten to the point that I need to check my sandwich in the car before leaving the location. I usually like to order the #6 veggie sandwich and the avocado spread is the most important ingredient in my opinion. This has been left off of my sandwich a number of times now. If I wasn’t 7 months pregnant, I might have had the energy to waddle back in and ask for my avocado spread today, but it’s too late. I hope to see this store turn around with better training and less turnover of staff. Sincerely, a tired hungry pregnant lady who just wants her sandwich made right

BEWARE this place is very dirty. There was a HUGE spider crawling in my sandwich. They didn’t even refund me which speaks volumes. Not only are they unsanitary, they don’t even have customer service. They should be shut down. I don’t know if it’s only this location but I’m never eating at jimmy johns again

BEWARE for anyone trying to work here. They are racist at this store. My son was trying to transfer to another store within the area and we were told by a manager that they were hiring. They set up a time for him to have an interview and when he went, he was told they were too busy and to come back another time. Finally we talk to another manager and she gives us the run around, tells us she can't find his application and to call back Wed and then he calls back and she says, yeah you keep calling and we're not hiring but we'll keep your application on file. My son is black and from the minute he walked in for his interview they judged him. The sad part is I had another white friend go check if they were hiring and they told her yes. Please beware that they're extremely racist. He wasted a whole week being persistent only for them to play games.Just ridiculous and completely unprofessional. The hiring manager never once called my son back directly, just threw his application away and quote on quote “lost” it but now they magically have it again. Anyone who's of color, beware!

This was the 2nd or 3rd time delivered without paid drink. No issue with the deliverer. Told him I didn't want the sandwich & potato salad, and to have it himself if he'd like.
