2 days ago I ordered a #5 no tomato for delivery with a bag of salt and vinegar chips and a pickle. I got my sandwich from the driver and there was mayo on it with all the oil and vinegar, so I had to drive back to get my correct order. Last night I ordered for delivery at 8:30pm and they told me it’s gonna be going thru uber and I said ok. I got my sandwich just after 9pm only to find out there was mayo again and my pickle was missing. I called the store at least 5 times but they were closed. If they can ever get my order right, the foods good. So last night I couldn’t even eat my sandwich because I don’t like mayo. Very disappointed.

IF YOU ORDER EXTRA OF ANYTHING MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY PUT EXTRA. I work nearby and am a regular here. I have to literally call them beforehand AND check the sandwich before i leave the store EVERY SINGLE TIME to make sure they made my sandwich correctly and EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is wrong. I always order extra jimmy peppers and extra tomato and THEY ALWAYS SKIMP ME. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I call them and they say “do you want to come back for it” Get it together!!!!!

I’ve been to this local jimmy johns many times as it is the closest one in the neighborhood, but I’ve unfortunately had more mediocre experiences than positive. They seem to consistently forget 1-2 ingredients on my sandwich so it’s gotten to the point that I need to check my sandwich in the car before leaving the location. I usually like to order the #6 veggie sandwich and the avocado spread is the most important ingredient in my opinion. This has been left off of my sandwich a number of times now. If I wasn’t 7 months pregnant, I might have had the energy to waddle back in and ask for my avocado spread today, but it’s too late. I hope to see this store turn around with better training and less turnover of staff. Sincerely, a tired hungry pregnant lady who just wants her sandwich made right

BEWARE this place is very dirty. There was a HUGE spider crawling in my sandwich. They didn’t even refund me which speaks volumes. Not only are they unsanitary, they don’t even have customer service. They should be shut down. I don’t know if it’s only this location but I’m never eating at jimmy johns again
