Disappointed We love this donut shop, but this location really let us down. The red velvet donuts had no frosting, the cashier rushed us even with no line, and the coffee was weak and watery. I know it’s a franchise, but this shop hurts the brand.

Just ordered on Uber eats and DO NOT recommend. Sandwich may have been good in shop but was cold and gross when arrived. Iced macchiato with caramel flavoring was glorified iced coffee (gross coffee) on top of almond milk with no flavoring. And the Boston crème donuts a cake donut that is topped with some kind of funky substance that does not taste like Boston crème. Would have been better off ordering DD. Not worth the price!

Joe’s Donuts IS A GOLDMINE ❣️ The staff are friendly and helpful- told me about all the different entrees on the menu. I have had The most delicious burgers and onion rings! This morning I carried out the “Early Joe” which has a homemade biscuit, soft fresh scrambled eggs-I chose sausage ..melts in your mouth. Add The best chocolate covered cake donut- I was in heaven! Joe is the guy to know!!

Taste does matter. Presentation doesn’t matter. You go through the drive through and no one takes your order. Then you drive to go in and it’s a young girl on her phone behind the counter. Horrible service. Horrible attitude. They need to do better.

I drove 30 min out of my way to try this place and they completely screwed up my order. After being confused on what they were doing, they gave me the wrong food!
If you can’t get the simplest thing right by giving me the food I ordered you don’t deserve repeat customers.

This is basically a coffee shop with fancy donuts that also serves burgers and has a nice breakfast menu. Prices are good, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly.
I ordered the Southern Lovin biscuit sandwich. I got a big fluffy biscuit, a huge piece of chicken, and delicious bacon perfectly crisped. One of the best biscuit sandwiches I've had outside of Nashville. Yum!

I just got off the phone with someone at this I'm location. I don't even know if it was a manager or just another store worker because they didn't address themselves. I'm disappointed how they handled my situation which is why I'm writing this review. My husband and I used the drive thru to order a half dozen of donuts and coffee. We used the drive thru for the convenience and when they offer a drive thru we expect to receive the same the experience. We honestly haven't been to a Joe Donut location in a while so we were asking questions and switching out. The person helping us was nice and helpful. They gave us a wrong donut which was the specialty donut. The person I talked to adamantly believed we ordered the maple bacon which is not true because we would never order that in our lives. We wanted the apple fritter. We realized this as we got home on Chicago so we drove a long way and there was no way we would drive back. The person on the phone said we should have went inside instead of outside. I don't think that was the best way to go about solving the situation when there is a drive thru for a reason. They should close the drive thru if they can't correctly give away the orders. Nothing was done to accommodate this mistake so I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this location. It would have been nice if they took my information down for the future to pick up a free donut or refund me the one donut, but nothing was given except to tell me to come inside next time. You would think we wou expect to receive better service than a more popular chain. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the person helped us in the drive thru was nice when helping us. The person on the phone was not.

These donuts were terrible! They were not fully cooked, full of oil, tasted like oil and the chocolate wasn’t even chocolate on top of the donut , it looked like some brown paste and just tasted like corn syrup and sugar. Plus had no selection , out of many of the donuts or just never made them. Had to throw them out! Didn’t even enjoy one bite! Never going back!
