Always running low on 90% of what you ask.

"Chicken legs" is what is available everytime i go after 6pm.

Wait time went from 16 mins to 30 mins so ended up taking what i dont want because im hungry.

Be careful with this KFC. When I ordered a 10 pc bucket that is supposed to come with:
2 legs
2 thighs
2 wings
2 rib (breast)
2 keel (breast)
They swap out the breast pcs with legs and wings so when you think you are getting about 5 servings of chicken it comes out to 3 servings and I specifically asked for the pieces it is supposed to have.
It kind of sucks when you buy a family meal but then get home and have to decide who gets 2 chicken wings for their dinner.
May not sound like a big deal but when meal planning on a tight budget and KFC employees stealing money out of our pocket.
Will never come here again.

Super expensive for a dry blunt chicken!
Stuff took forever to take my order, I was the only one at the register, regretted that I didn't go on the drive-through, but we wanted to sit inside. The tables were dirty.

food is good, but they are so understaffed they have to literally walk away from the counter with you standing there and ignore you while they make food for the drive thru.

unacceptable to ignore customers because you won't hire enough employees, not their fault, of course it's managements fault but don't expect your food or service to be fast.

Freaking slow, the guy at the counter barely speaks English and did not send my order to the kitchen even after I made the payment. They only realized it when I brought it up after seeing several people behind Mr received their order, no apologies either.

The chicken was great! Perfectly crispy and cooked. The counters and tables were clean which I appreciated. I went in at noon and a nice lady took my order, Amparo. The service provided was quick and smooth!

Excellent service, it was an incredible experience. I like it on Tuesdays because of the promotion and because the store looks clean. The staff is incredible, thanks to the manager Daniela Martinez and the line staff. Everything was great and very friendly.

I should've taken a picture before I turned it in but the lady at the register was rude. Had an attitude I don't know if they was prejudice or what but on top of that my chicken was super soggy like they gave me chicken that's been sitting out all day the chicken thigh only had skin on one side they flipped the chicken so I wouldn't notice then when I took it back they didn't want to give me a new order because I ate some of the biscuit. Which was bogish because I had to come all the way back from home to bring it back so I just got my refund. They will never get business out of me again. I hope they hire a new staff. Because this is my local restaurant!
