It's unfortunate that dining here multiple times and still get served last, takes them 10 minutes to acknowledge we were Sitting at a table and no waitress attempt to take Our order, they are. All worry about the Bigger table than taking care Of the regular customers 🙄 I sometimes prefer taking it to go because they can be rude, but also had trouble with orders they come out incomplete or wrong . If it wasn't because my daughter likes tacos. Anyway hopefully they channgthe way they serve and improve their game.

mine and my husbands go to mexican spot. love it here. customer service has always been good. there is literally 1-2 servers and it can get super busy, but they keep up and deliver delicious food with a smile.. love it here!!!

Sad because the food is really good, but the service is bad. Used their OWN website to order food from their restaurant, my husband arrived and they had no clue what the order was
. It is your own website, how do you not know???? They never apologized and were very rude and disregarded my husband. Went back to doing their work even though we paid already and expected our food. My husband had to then show them their website “online order” button for them to understand that it is in fact their website???

We had to wait 20+ mins over food and going back and forth over something they never admitted fault for. Bad system. Rude employees.

Won’t be coming back due to the last of respect, help or even an apology that wasn’t our fault at all.

Another review stated the same issue.

Why have a website if you don’t even receive orders from it, or even know??

Idk if this is a manager issue or employee issue.

Worst service. I used to be a regular but not anymore. They won’t pick up the phone, send you a link to purchase online that doesn’t include the Tuesday discount, you show up and they say they don’t use o line ordering. Then when you show them you paid it, they make a call and figure out there is an online system. It wasn’t ready for another 20 minutes. No apologies for anything. Never coming back.

Had to come here because our regular Mexican restaurant was closed. Food was ok, some was overpriced. We dined in. Check your bill. Taco dinner was $9.99 on menu but rang up as $11.99. It was adjusted, but still... don't think we will be back. Pretty spoiled with the food at Mi Restaurante and they have an outdoor venue which is why we went out for dinner. Weather's gorgeous but for how long is anyone's guess.

Walked in today and it was really busy which im assuming its because of taco Tuesday. I had to wait in line to ask for a table for two because there was nobody greeting at the front so we didn't know if we could just sit or wait to be seated. The table I was sitting at had a QR code for the menu but it was all faded so I couldn't even see the menu and the waitress still proceeded to ask what I wanted expecting me to know what is on the menu ? Then I had ordered specifically shrimps without sauce (the simple salt and pepper with jalapeño shrimps) but when she brought my food it seems like she told me every single plate of shrimp here has sauce so I told her I didn't want that because thats not what I expected to receive when I ordered my food. This restaurant is not like any other normal restaurant that will fix your food if you are upset with it or dislike something about it. It seems like the restaurant charges their employees for the plate if its wrong or if the customer doesn't like it because they wouldn't let me deny the food. I had kindly told the waitress and the cashier that I didn't not want the plate and that I hadn't even touched it but they still made me pay for it. So overall I was really upset with the service at this restaurant and probably wont come back because of it.

Stopped by to grab a quick bite- Tacos are ok but- I thought we were getting TACOS de ARRACHERA - They tasted like straight Bistec meat- Cut up into tiny squares- 😆I’m Latina and I know my cuts of meat- This was not it- Make sure when u order tacos de asada that it’s ARRACHERA!đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïžđŸ˜‚
