Subject: Disappointing Experience at Le Peep
I recently ordered a meal for delivery from Le Peep, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To my dismay, I discovered a hair in my sausage patty upon opening my meal.
I reached out to the restaurant to address the issue, but the individual I spoke with was not very helpful in resolving my concern. Given the circumstances and the lack of customer service, I’ve decided that I will not be returning to this location in the future.
I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their quality control and customer service.

The food was wonderful and they had a nice collection of brunch cocktails. Outdoor seating is limited, but made for a really relaxing time. Our server Lexi was terrific.

Plenty of parking in back with rear entrance. Indoor and outdoor seating. Seated quickly. Beautiful interior with high top and regular height seating. Our server was polite and knowledgeable. The food came out quickly and accurately.

Le Peep has some of the best breakfast food and coffee in the Chicagoland area. The Mt Prospect is conveniently located and has an excellent atmosphere for a small group of close friends. Great service and an overall experience.
