Tmobil had a promo for Tuesday for Mc Alisters, I went to MT. Prospect, the staff was all working very hard and were all very overwhelmed, I was in line for 30 minutes and then they computer's shut down. Without taking my order, not their fault. But was just very upset at waiting and not getting anything.

The food here is really good but unfortunately the last 4-5 orders were completely wrong. I’m just exhausted with giving this location a try. Won’t be back for a long time but hopefully they can fix this because their food is good.

Hi, I really like the food it tastes good and has wide variety. The manager on the other hand is extremely unprofessional and is way too harsh on the workers. You can hear the manager yelling at the worker all the way from the back. As a customer, that’s not what you wanna be hearing. I felt bad for the worker.
This place is exactly what you want from a fast casual restaurant. Fast and friendly service, tasty soups and sandwiches. One of my favorite places to stop when I need a quick meal

Last night I ordered a pint of dumpling soup, a salad and French dip. Almost no dumplings in the soup, wilted lettuce in the salad and roast beef and cheese without au juice.

Walked in ordered food for here the food itself was delicious but this red haired chick is sprawled out on the counter on her phone I walked up and asked politely for a box and she glared at me and completely ignored me I had to find someone else to help me and then she got mad at that I just wanted a box
