What a great spot. Love the outdoor dining area. Staff is fantastic, food is top notch and their margaritas are very good. Prices are good. Their homemade guacamole is out of this world!!
Met up with my friend Brian on second visit to this truly wonderful piece of heaven in Mount Prospect. Food is incredible and couldn’t ask for better service.

Always amazing food 😋 the staff is always polite and you never wait for your food or anything really. Our server came back several times to check on us. Always a great dining experience. On another note, with the political climate and other news regarding immigration, I feel like patronizing this kind of business shows support for the Latin communities. Not all Americans support the actions of our government. Our diversity is what makes America great 👍🏼 Try this place, if you love Mexican food, you won't be disappointed.

In the years I’ve gone to Mia’s, I have to say that both my wife and I were a little disappointed in the carna asada tacos. In the past they were very tasty but not so much yesterday. I’m not sure why the change… new cook, new supplier??? I will say, however, that the service was great, and the Perfecta margaritas were awesome.
