Huge portions of really good food. I was taken aback by just how much food was in the gyro plate. The online ordering process was really easy, and given the price of the plate we thought it would be good for one, but not only did we get dinner, but a lunch and two breakfasts off of each plate. We could have shared it and still had leftovers.

I go here a lot. The food is great and I always get the salad with gyro meat on it. They give you so much food and the cost is good. The older lady behind the counter is such a good people person it makes it a joy to visit

Food was greasy, over priced, and gave me and my coworker a stomach ache, wouldn’t recommend
We like to order take out when we are in a rush for dinner or do not feel like cooking. The service is great!

Small, dated, old school diner with dated, old school subway tiles. Prices are average and everyone was friendly.
I ordered a double cheeseburger because I was afraid a gyro would be too messy, but the double cheeseburger was messy and I still ended up wearing part of it. It was delicious though. Great big patties, perfectly seasoned, with toasted buns.
I'll have to come back for a gyro.

Olympus Gyros has officially become mine and my husband’s new favorite go-to spot for gyros. The portions are super generous (like, you will not leave hungry), and the flavor? Absolutely spot-on. The meat is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and piled high—just how a proper gyro should be. Their tzatziki sauce is also chef’s kiss, creamy with just the right amount of zing. Every time we’ve gone, the food’s been fresh, fast, and consistently delicious. If you’re anywhere near Mount Prospect and craving a gyro, this place is a must-try.

Great gyros. We get take out here all the time. They usually pile on the meat on the gyro and they have a very good Greek salad and soup. The two owners are very friendly and polite. Great small place with quick service.

Saw this place coming home from work; been wanting to try it. Upon considering I found out it’s a small Mom and Pop shop. Very clean and humble. Food is delicious; and the owner is welcoming and friendly.

Excellent Gyros with plenty of meat and tzatziki sauce! Breaded mushrooms and onion rings are good as well.

Only tried the gyro with fries. Fries seem dated. But the gyro was cheap, not the best. But it could always be worse.
EDIT: The gyro has shrunk considerably. SAD.
