One lady and I arrived mid-week around 6pm. Plenty of booths and tables available. Wheelchairs and walkers might work. Parking is good.. easy in and out. Handicap close. She had a full rack of ribs w/rice. Tasty BBQ sauce. Premium quality meat. Oversized portions. I had the pork chops w/mashed potatoes and a house salad. Good portions and tasty, but the meat was, understandably, a little tough. Overall, I didn't mind paying the currently high prices at restaurants because Outback is almost worth it. This place is less pretentious than other restaurants. Probably will return.

Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like there's a little more room than most restaurants.

The coconut shrimp was good. The ribeye looked amazing but flavor was mediocre.

Parking: Layout is awkward with one way traffic in the spaces. Easier to park in the lot across the road.

They had horrible customer service, their server named header, was so mad! It looked like she was upset with something and getting it out of customers, when I asked for boxes she shouted at me “I just said boxes”. She forgot to bring us set of knives and forks, and we finally received our refill of cook when we were already walking out and asked for the check! Nasty attitude I would give Zero stars if possible. She should go work somewhere that she would be happier.

My mom wanted to go somewhere close to her house, so we picked OB steakhouse. It was a cold night and the restaurant sure showed it. I looked around and seen everyone still wearing their jackets. Also felt cold air coming from the vents. I asked the waiter if the furnace was on its last legs. Was told the heat was fine. The service was horrible, and the food was cold as well. Even the soup was not hot. Funny, had a party of 4 and each one of us said never again.

Server was nice but everything was slow and it was not busy at all on a Monday night. Food so so. Steaks under seasoned but tender.

The Prime Rid sandwich is great. Tried the ribs for the 1st time and they melted in my mouth and the BBQ sauce was awesome.

Heather and her team were amazing! The spicy blueberry margarita was delicious, and the food was probably the best we have had at Outback.
