Today my husband and I visited this location to order noodles and rice, and unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience with the staff. Two employees — one tall man and another Asian-looking employee — were laughing and making comments while we were trying to place our order.
My husband is still learning English, and instead of showing patience or professionalism, they made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in customer service.
I am kindly asking the management to review the attitude and professionalism of the team working today. Customers should always feel welcome, not judged or mocked.

My wife just bought two entree dinners and while the food tastes great they served a mountain of rice with 3 pieces of steak from beef broccoli in mine (two in hers) and then 4 pieces of orange chicken which is ridiculous and a con. And half the rice is inedible it’s like a rock

I recently had some rather bad news (medical) and the here staff were so nice to me. It sounds like such a small thing, but they really made my day a little more pleasant, and I'm happy to add that the restaurant is always clean whenever I drop by!
They seem to get most everything right. Better than all the mediocre places to get a Chinese fix 🤠

You need to have more clean utensils like putting the forks in plastic. Not very sterile to leave them out in the open exposed to germs And I was sick all last night . , 3 loose stools as If I have a bit of food poisoning.

My pregnant wife wanted something specific from Panda as you know this chapter tends to do. She pulled up at this location at 10:45am when they are supposed to open at 10am and the doors were closed with no employees to be found. Other patrons were outside equally confused. ????
