I ordered Cream Of Chicken & wild rice soup for my kids to take away. There is was only one option for kids
When I got home and opened it, the soup looked terrible like something you would feed to dogs. I didn’t give it to my kids. I tried a few spoonfuls myself because I was very hungry, and later that night I had diarrhea.
Also, they didn’t have any coffee at 8:40 p.m., even though they close at 9:00.
It’s really disappointing that this place is considered one of the top restaurants, but the food and service were awful!

Mostly I go for coffee and atmosphere. Being a strict veg/vegan I don't find much to eat. Whatever I eat now or discontinued food I liked it.

I had a really disappointing experience at Panera Bread. When I got my order, I found an actual piece of paper stuck to my bread. That is completely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to focus on quality and fresh food. It makes me question the cleanliness and attention to detail in the kitchen. I expected much better from Panera and will think twice before coming back.

Man this Panera Bread has unfortunately gone downhill. No avocado and was dirty! Hopefully it was just my visit. But I was questioning if they would pass a health inspection. Food was fine, but get it together. Yuck!

Placed an order on 8/24 got home realized I was sold an expired parfait.. $5 wasted 😀
The app barely works and then I have to sit in a line to get BURNT FOOD?!? Just absolutely horrible service and quality

Review written 7/16/2025. Ordered ahead through the app and they put chicken on my sandwich even though I ordered it with no chicken, I am vegetarian and so I had them remake the sandwich but sad because I don’t like wasting food. Why does Panera like always not follow customizations?

Visited Panera bread for Saturday lunch. Ordered thru a drive a thru, waited 15 min for a upick2 lunch to be prepared. They asked me to pull up to the front since there were orders behind me, which was fine for me. Waited for 10 min and asked them again if the order was ready, but the only answer I got was “we told you to pull up to the sign and we’ll bring your order” with very annoyed face. I said okay and continued to wait for my food. Later the girl came outside with the tense jawed scowl and not offering a single word in response. I opened the bag, everything was messed up in a soup inside, the lids weren’t closed, some order items were missing. The sandwiches were all dirty and wet from the soup! Hire better and more friendly staff! Is it what I paid $30 for?
