Slow service, waited over 20 minutes, no employee approached me, asked if my order was ready, got yelled at. Left without picking up order.
I placed an order through Uber Eats, but the driver failed to deliver my food. I was very upset and called to complain and request a refund, but I was given the runaround. Consequently, I contacted the store to see what could be done. My order consisted of garlic-parmesan breadsticks, a medium buffalo chicken pizza, and 10 boneless wings. Papa John’s i definitely recommend them to anyone who hasn’t tried their pizza and other food items before, i tried them for the very first time today and in my honest opinion they are very well liked, in my honest opinion their pizza tastes better than pizza hut and domino’s and little caesars even, thanks for allowing me to try your delicious pizza and garlic knots Papa John’s sincerely your new favorite customer Jeff Young. 🙂 🍕
