Your website said free delivery if I spent a certain amount of money. I made sure to hit that amount, even ordered a larger amount of wings to reach that goal, added a tip to the driver only to find out the people at papa johns knew nothing of it. Not ordering from here ever again.

Very bad experience !!!! They took order took my credit card numbers and never delivered pizza after 1 h waiting when I call they said I cancel my order which I never did !!! Menager hang up on me twice this is how thay treet costumers after 15 years !!!! Shame on You Mr Menager !!!!

I placed an order through Uber Eats, but the driver failed to deliver my food. I was very upset and called to complain and request a refund, but I was given the runaround. Consequently, I contacted the store to see what could be done. My order consisted of garlic-parmesan breadsticks, a medium buffalo chicken pizza, and 10 boneless wings. I explained my issue with the order never arriving. The cashier, who had numerous tattoos, was very apologetic about the situation and contacted Uber to determine why this happened and what could be done to resolve it. He managed to secure a refund for my order and informed me that if I could come to the store, he would remake my entire order and give me credit to use at a later time. I cannot be more satisfied with this individual's service. He went above and beyond. Thank you very much.

I feel like this is happening more and more at this location. I ordered a xl pizza... and I expect a xl pizza. NOT A XL BREADSTICK. The pizza was like 60٪ pizza 40% crust and that's being generous. I complained about this last time and all I got was a replacement large pizza ... even when I paid for a xl pizza.... not to mention this time around I got someone else's order. I didn't check when I left. When I called and and asked for a manager, I was told there's no manager on duty and I'd get a call back. It's been 3 full days and still no phone call... very disappointed

Be aware of not honest employees!!! I purchased medium pizza, and the employee purposely added 2 garlic sause without asking me if I wanted something extra, to increase his sales and not give me a receipt. When I got home, I noticed that I was extra charged for something that I had never purchased.
