How do you have caramalized onions for the new steak sandwich and I get raw? It says it all over the restaurant on every ad for it!!! What gives and why are the employees rude? Corporate needs to understand you lose a ton of business when you hire people like this! It makes potbelly’s look very bad when they are not…..smh

Every time I’ve ordered potbellies through DoorDash I add a cookie and they never put it in my order. EVERYTIME without fail the cookie that I paid for is not in my order. I need to stop thinking they will add the cookie. This is my 4th time now not getting what I ordered. Very frustrating.

DON’T USE GIFT CARDS HERE!! Bought gift cards and had a big order and wanted to use them. They were 4 - $25 separate gift cards. My order was about $75 and I used the 4th gift card for the remaining amount of about $22. They then said you can’t have the remaining balance on your gift card. I was extremely upset and they wasted my whole gift card. I asked to talked to the manager who couldn’t help at all. They even had to call the head store manager. By this time my food was getting cold and I’m standing there just waiting this entire time. The customer service was horrendous. It took that long for them to finally have them give me the money in cash. There system was horrible! DO NOT ORDER HERE!! GO TO JERSEY MIKES OR JIMMY JOHNS WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAYYYY BETTER!!!

I’ve been going to Potbelly before it was a chain. The original on Lincoln Ave. I love their subs. Always have how we this one, ugh. Sub was great however all the tables were dirty and no one was even attempting to clean them. If you want a tip- clean your tables. Don’t bring down the original to your level. Come on folks!

I had gone here to pick up two sandwiches. One which was an avo-turkey. Once I arrived at home I realized that there was no avocado on the turkey sandwich. I called this Potbellies right away and told the girl that answered what happened. She took down my name and information and said she would give it to the manager so I could come back and get another sandwich on a different date. I went a couple of days later and asked for the manager. I told him what happened and lo and behold he had no idea what I was talking about. He literally treated me like I was lying about this. I have not gone back to this location and refuse to do so. This should have been a teachable moment for the manager and staff but that is not how he used it.
What's with the multi gender/all gender restrooms? I saw men and women working at Potbelly, men and women customers. You are catering to few but offending many.

The sandwiches tasted horrible. They were not even fresh and the white bread was inedible.

I typically have good experiences at potbelly, however tonight I left disappointed. Not only did the person taking my order not give the correct size, I did not get all the ingredients I had asked for. When I realized I had the wrong size sandwhich, I went back to ask about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it.
