I had gone here to pick up two sandwiches. One which was an avo-turkey. Once I arrived at home I realized that there was no avocado on the turkey sandwich. I called this Potbellies right away and told the girl that answered what happened. She took down my name and information and said she would give it to the manager so I could come back and get another sandwich on a different date. I went a couple of days later and asked for the manager. I told him what happened and lo and behold he had no idea what I was talking about. He literally treated me like I was lying about this. I have not gone back to this location and refuse to do so. This should have been a teachable moment for the manager and staff but that is not how he used it.

I typically have good experiences at potbelly, however tonight I left disappointed. Not only did the person taking my order not give the correct size, I did not get all the ingredients I had asked for. When I realized I had the wrong size sandwhich, I went back to ask about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

I have been in Chicago for 3 weeks now and am barely now trying Potbelly’s / the avo turkey is amazing! The video only shows half a sandwich because I started eat this delicious sandwich right away - I recommend

So I stopped at Potbelly today @ 12:21pmI haven't had potbelly's an awhile because where I live we don't have many available, so I took this opportunity to get me a delicious chicken salad sandwich. But unfortunately that delicious chicken salad sandwich isn't good anymore. Every bite I had to remove rib meat & fat from my mouth.I did call to inform the manager on duty and she informed me that they switched vendors about 3months ago and many people agrees that this product isn't good now. So Potbelly corporate please fix the problem. I spent 12.19 not including taxes to purchase my sandwich and I was highly disappointed. However the manager did offer me a different sandwich when I'm back in town , so yes I'll save my receipt.

I went to the potbelly at randhurst very hungry. i was greeted by a lovely young woman named viki. the short brunette was overly kind and was very nice to my children. I (being a teen mom) struggle socially so her acting very polite changed my day for the better. potbelly..... give her a raise!
Food is fresh, healthy, and tasty. Service is very friendly and accommodating. The dining area is clean, organized, and inviting. Stay awesome!Vegetarian options: Good variety of salads that are fresh and tasty!Kid-friendliness: The Kid's Combo is a very well- rounded and fun meal!
I have nothing negative to say about this shop. You should definitely come here, whether you've had Potbelly or not. The only reason for 4 stars is because the price and value are not as high as other sandwich shops.Before you come, I highly recommend you download the app, because you get a free sandwich immediately after your first purchase, and using the app is a surefire way to ensure you'll get a chance to see all the possible options for your sandwich.Also, the best thing here is the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. It even comes in a bag of mini cookies, if you're looking to stock up!
